biught a new 2020 chevrolet colorado this was my 3rd. colorado but my 1st. AND LAST FROM SUBURBAN CHEVROLET.. needed some light surface scratches buffed out was promised it would be done when i picked it colorado but my 1st. AND LAST FROM SUBURBAN CHEVROLET.. needed some light surface scratches buffed out was promised it would be done when i picked it up IT WASN'T. said they would do it when i picked up my plates salesmen wasn't around and sales manager said he didn.t have any person available to do it and i would have to make an appointment.NO I'M NOT COMMING BACK FOR THE THIRD TIME.also when i rotated my tires my left front lug nuts were not properly torqued. grossman orgainisation needs the book CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. Our family's one of a kind van was STOLEN from their lot and they are not hold I would absolutely rate this dealership a zero if this website let me. Not only was our van conveniently out of camera range (yes they have had cars stolen from their lot several times), but the real kicker is that the repairman TOOK OUR KEYS HOME!!!!!! Who knows what could have happened to the keys over the weekend! Absolutely unacceptable. Terrible, terrible service and accountability. Our priceless van that has taken our family all over the country for 15+ years is now gone forever, probably taken to a chop shop. All thanks to Suburban Chevrolet. Not only are we without a vehicle, we are grieving a car that felt like a part of the family. It was a legend it my family, and now it is just a memory. This should never have happened, and they should have taken higher precautions. Your car is NOT SAFE here at this dealership and with its moronic employees. Save yourself the time, money, and possible safety risk and go somewhere else. More
