Typically car buying is stressful, although we needed to make a purchase it was not immanent which helped alleviate some of this stress. The sales staff was just as eager to welcome us to the Suburban Chev family as we were eager to check a new family vehicle off our to do list. You could tell it mattered more to them that not only they captured my business but that I perceived the transaction as a good deal. Having done research on some of the warranties and maintenance items Chevrolet provides just by purchasing one of their vehicles, Suburban Chev sweetened the deal by throwing additional unexpected perks in even after the handshake was made. I would highly recommend them from both a buying and servicing standpoint. More

Ben worked hard on my behalf. I was buying my first new car. I chose a a rare color combination. Ben found a truck a ways away and made arrangements for it to be delivered. I have used it about a half dozen times and I believe I have seen 3 different scenarios. This last one was not used friendly. More

Held back information We purchased a used Kia Soul for my mother and the dealer was kind enough to deliver the car to her house, (a few miles away). Unfortunately he neglec We purchased a used Kia Soul for my mother and the dealer was kind enough to deliver the car to her house, (a few miles away). Unfortunately he neglected to tell us that when he delivered the car it would only have one car key. Unfortunately, I wasn't with my Mom for the car delivery and It didn't seem like a big deal to her at the time to only get one key, (she and likely many others think a car key is just a few dollars at the hardware store), we discovered later that to get an extra key made at the Kia dealer costs $300.00, laser cut keys are not cheap. The salesman also told my mother that he would call her with information on how to get additional keys, (still waiting for that call), so we are on own in getting the extra key. The car and price was an OK deal but having to pay the extra $300 for an additional key made it less than OK. Dealer and salesman rating, C minus. I will likely not recommend Suburban Chev to friends or family. More
