After changes, something's missing. They asked if I wanted a free car wash. I said yes, but when I picked up my vehicle it wasn't washed. They no longer offer regular oil changes, only They asked if I wanted a free car wash. I said yes, but when I picked up my vehicle it wasn't washed. They no longer offer regular oil changes, only synthetic which cost $15-20 more. They are no longer open past 6 p.m. any night of the week, making pick-up more difficult. They did allow me to pay over phone and locked vehicle so I could get it with my spare key. The extras were the only reason to go to the dealer. With those gone, I don't see a reason to return. More

Thorough, transparent, professional and painless Harley made sure the vehicle I was interested in was ready when I arrived and that the minor recall outstanding had already been corrected. Finally, they delivered the vehicle, next morning, to my front door..gleaming. Guy could have come in and made me breakfast I suppose but...you can't have everything. More
