Great service. Initial contact was with Linsy who went above and beyond helping me by email and phone. She was the one who greeted me at the dealership and showed me around. I was then introduced to her M above and beyond helping me by email and phone. She was the one who greeted me at the dealership and showed me around. I was then introduced to her Manager Mark. He was friendly, courteous and already know everything I was looking for. (It seems these folks actually talk to each other :)). He had a car ready for a test-drive outside matching the equipment I was looking for. When we came back from the test-drive he had the numbers ready for me, too. The surprising part was that his quote was even a little better than the last quote I got from another dealer. I decided to take the vehicle I test-drove. After filling out the paperwork I quickly met Bob, the Chevy Sales Manager, very friendly as well. It took little time until I was greeted by Steve from Finance (at this time I felt like half of the dealership took care of me, but in a good way). He finished up the papers and explained some additional options (warranties, etc) to me. I decided to go for the pot-hole protection. Once we were done my car was already outside and ready to go. Clean with a full tank of gas. Mark explained all the features to me before I drove of. I love my new Malibu! A day later Linsy and Mark checked in with me to see if everything is fine.. and it was and still is. The people of Suburban Ann Arbor showed me that times have changed and that customer service has returned to car dealerships (at least to this one). Thanks again to Linsy, Mark, Bob and Steve. You set the bar high for my next purchase... Oh wait, I'm gonna buy from you guys anyways, so no worries for me! More

Andy is very honest and works hard to get you what you want. We purchased a truck from him in November and were very impressed with how easy he made it. We have a son going to college and went Saturday to see about getting him something reliable and ended io getting him a new Cruize and trading up our car for a Volt, staying within the payment range we were comfortable with. Andy does not pressure you into getting something you don't want, his goal is to have you leave happy. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car! More

I am very happy with Dave Yanko and the service department. Dave is very honest and I trust him to take care of my car. He goes out of his way to provide great customer service. On June 21, 2012, we were on our way to Great Lakes(GL), IL to see my son in the Navy, when the air conditioner went out in my dad's 2009 Traverse. We were going to wait until we got to GL to find a dealers IL to see my son in the Navy, when the air conditioner went out in my dad's 2009 Traverse. We were going to wait until we got to GL to find a dealership, but the temperature was 90 plus degrees, hot, and rain ahead, so we decided to find a dealership sooner than later. Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac was the closest dealership located on my cell phone and I must say it was the BEST dealership too because Dave Yanko was HELPFUL and AWESOME. As soon as we pulled into the garage I explained to Mr. Yanko what happened/where we were heading, and he said, "Wait, let me see what I can do." Mr. Yanko began to help me and put me at ease immediately. I appreciated his willingness to do all he could to help us make it back on the road to resume our trip. He asked a mechanic to look at the car, this was almost at the end of the work day and the mechanics were working on other cars, but he was able to make it happen for us. While waiting in the waiting room, Mr. Yanko came in and gave me an update on the car's status, the mechanic is adding freon and if there is no leak in the hose, you can be on your way, but keep an eye on it to make sure the problem is solved. If the problem reoccurs, take it to a dealership in Great Lakes and give them the paperwork that lists everything we did and they can look for another problem. Dave went above and beyond the call of duty. As we left the dealership, we (my sister/cousins) felt Dave Yanko was really our angel that day. I told my parents and others (Facebook family) about Mr. Yanko kindness that day. We also felt we would not have gotten that level of service at another dealership that day, so we appreciate Mr. Yanko's commitment to customers, the mechanic's workmanship to customers, and Suburban Dealership's professionalism to customers. I will definitely recommend Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac to others as well as Mr. Dave Yanko services to others too. Thanks for turning a bad situation into a good ending. We appreciate Mr. Dave Yanko!!! More
