Exactly how it should be... I contacted Lindsey after seeing an ad for 2 different used vehicles I was interested in on Autotrader.com. She was very helpful and kept great commun I contacted Lindsey after seeing an ad for 2 different used vehicles I was interested in on Autotrader.com. She was very helpful and kept great communication with me throughout the day, even letting me know when one of the vehicles I was interested in was sold while I was on my way there to view them. She informed the other vehicle I was interested in was still there however and that her and Mark would still be more than happy to show that one to me. When I got there both Lindsey and Mark were very polite and helpful. I then spent the majority of my time working with Mark after initially meeting Lindsey. I touched base with Mark about what vehicle I was interested in, he let me take my time to look it over and drive the vehicle of interest without being pushy/rushed at all, he crunched numbers with me once I returned from the test drive, then made the trade in and purchase of said new vehicle extremely laid back and easy. This was definitely one of the better vehicle purchasing experiences that I have had over the years. I would easily recommend either one of them to anyone I know that is interested in looking at purchasing from Suburban in the future. More

When I had the available time and the deal was right, I went to see her and learned of a very compelling pull ahead offer. The car that I thought I wanted was on the lot, so we made the transaction and scheduled the pick up. When I arrived to pick it up, I realized that the car lacked some features of my current vehicle, requirements that I had not shared with Katelyn. She was very accommodating and patient. We found a car on the lot that exceeded my expectations and was still in my desired price range. She arranged for the transaction to be redone and the new car prepped while I waited.
