I just bought a Used 2015 Ford F150 from Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac in Ann Arbor. The whole team from my Salesman Drew Laczynski , to the used car Manager Scott Greene and also the finance lady has Chevrolet Cadillac in Ann Arbor. The dealership advertised the SUV as CPO (certified previous owned) on line at several sites. But as we were signing paperwork we were told that it wasn’t true. (That it was CPO). And We had to pay $ previous owned) on line at several sites. But as we were signing paperwork we were told that it wasn’t true. (That it was CPO). And We had to pay $195 for then to do a detail cleaning. I rate it as being poor or below poor job. We choose Mike as a sales Person because of his previous on line ratings. He was a good choice! We leased a new Silverado truck from Suburban Chev. Back at the beginning of the year from Drew and was Very Happy with him ! He was very informative about it he looked for something we went in to lease not at the beginning of the year from Drew and was Very Happy with him ! He was very informative about it he looked for something we went in to lease not something else! He worked with us on pricing we would not hesitate to go back when our lease expires! To the point our son was looking to buy a car and Drew looked and found him something in his price range and in good shape ! Both times the closing on the sale was very quick and easy and nothing was changed that he told us ! He us very honest !!! I would recommend this place to anyone especially oursalesman Drew!!! We have purchased cars before and it taken hours to close on the deal just to sign the papers ! That was at another place! We havnt used the service department yet so we can’t comment on it , but I will let you know! We do love our Silverado we havnt had a truck in about 30 years ! So far our son really loves his car he purchased from there. BBut we all agree we really like our salesman hope he is there when we are ready to get another vehicle! Thank you Drew! Our son was looking at other dealerships just like we were till I talked to Drew I knew the First time I talked to him he was going to work to find us what we wanted a truck !!! On-Line Chevy Trax Lease - AMAZING! During the Covid-19 quarantine, I needed a car for my son who has an essential internship starting in Houston on May 18, 2020. I had previously been During the Covid-19 quarantine, I needed a car for my son who has an essential internship starting in Houston on May 18, 2020. I had previously been shopping a Chevrolet Trax in Troy prior to the dealerships closing and found myself up against a wall. I heard through my cousin, Chris Vecchioni that works for Suburban Collection at their Corporate office, that they were conducting on-line business which no local Chevrolet dealer was offering. I began the process on Monday, April 13th on their website via chat (very easy) and was immediately contacted with a text from Josh at Suburban Chevrolet Ann Arbor. He in turn immediately scheduled a phone call with their lease specialist Gagik Vartanyan. My experience was nothing short of amazing! Gagik helped find me a demo Trax that met my price concerns and we completed the transaction with delivery of the vehicle to my house on Thursday, April 16th. He was extremely careful with social distancing and taking necessary precautions while we completed the paperwork. I can't say enough about the professionalism of everyone I dealt with particularly Gagik. I would have never thought leasing a car on-line would be so easy. Thanks for all your HELP! I would recommend Suburban Chevrolet Ann Arbor to anyone looking for their next vehicle. More
