He respected that I wanted to handle by email, sent specs, let me pick one, and took a deposit. When it arrived, he told me exactly the amount, kept to it, didn't upsell me on anything (not even floor mats), and sold it to me for stickers plus low doc fee. Mind you, this while other dealerships were charging thousands extra due to huge demand for Bolts during the two month $7500 tax rebate period. Excellent experience. More

I’m having an absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this dealership! I DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. I dropped off my car for service SEPTEMBER 27, 2022 and still do not have my car back! I was told that my car dealership! I DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. I dropped off my car for service SEPTEMBER 27, 2022 and still do not have my car back! I was told that my car would be fixed within 2 days. THIS IS NOVEMBER and I’m still car-less. 1. They told me the manufacturing company would not cover a manufacturer’s issue if I took the vehicle somewhere else for a second opinion before letting Suburban Chevrolet proceed with repairs. BS!!!! 2. The “case manager” who is supposed to be in touch with me DOES NOT communicate. Lecia Thornton dodges my phone calls constantly, and no matter who I leave messages with in the service department, they do not return my calls or tell me what’s going on with my car. More
I have never had such a horrendous experience in any type of purchasing environment in my life. Frankly, I have gotten more respectful, and considerate service at a Burger King drive through window than with of purchasing environment in my life. I came in wanting to buy a used Chevy Malibu and was willing to put $8,500 down if the dealership would allow me 24 hours to secure financing. Despite my willingness to hand them cash, they continued to threaten to sell the car out from under me if I didn't use their own financing and sign "IMMEDIATELY". Mike Young, our sales rep, made sure to mention this at least a dozen times throughout my two conversations with him over the course of the purchase. After finally giving in to their pressure, and agreeing to sign on the dotted line before being able to secure my own financing, I was told that it would make things "much easier" if I had a co-signer. Once I arrived for the signing meeting, I was told that I needed to drive all the way home to get additional information for the deal to go through. After getting creative, and finalizing the deal, I thought all was well and good. A month after I drove off with the car I start getting repeated phone calls and text messages around noon on a Wednesday from the dealership saying that "the bank" requested that the contract be redone because of a filing error and everything needed to be re-signed or else the contract would be void. I talked to the bank and found out that the dealership had screwed up the paperwork and imposed an arbitrary and unreasonable deadline because they were desperate to get paid. Despite every attempt to tell Suburban that - as someone who works normal business hours - this was an impossible deadline to meet and that I could not call them during working hours, they kept texting. Despite multiple requests, they would not provide me with the name of the person I was talking to, nor would they provide me with the name of a manager/owner to whom I could call to talk to about this. It has been beyond frustrating and - honestly - I could not recommend that someone stay farther away from Suburban Chevrolet. "Make the choice" is right, "make the choice" to go somewhere else. More

Bought my Cruze from Terry and it was a very good experience. I made an appointment to see the vehicle and he was ready with the car when I arrived. We negotiated a price then set up a day to finish all of the paperwork. There were a few incentives going which required submitting paperwork which Terry made seamless. Very happy with the purchase.
