Unprofessional I had the worst experience. Not only did they take advantage of my fiancee by over charging $4000 but also lied to by another dealer named Matt. He li I had the worst experience. Not only did they take advantage of my fiancee by over charging $4000 but also lied to by another dealer named Matt. He lied to him about the cost of his trade in and many other things. But when we asked to explain the manager Scott told me I was frustrating him and told me he purposely was trying to irriate me. The Scott told the lady Jennifer who processes the loans that she couldn't help us cancel some items that we no longer needed for the vehicle. And crazy part about she stopped helping us. I felt horrible, disrespected, less than human. I felt like this was nothing but racism. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Suburan Chevrolet Cadillac in Ann Arbor. More

Excellent service all the way to the end! Mr. Blattner and Mr. Gary helped me lease a new chevy equinox in replacement of an old worn out 2004 Toyota van. They were very helpful throughout the Mr. Blattner and Mr. Gary helped me lease a new chevy equinox in replacement of an old worn out 2004 Toyota van. They were very helpful throughout the entire process and made sure I understood everything that I was getting. To close the sale, Mr. Gary even came out to my home, brought the new car, and was helpful throughout the entire leasing process. It should also be noted that the trim I wanted was unavailable to be traded by other dealerships. So Mr Blattner and Mr Gary were instead able to get me a more premium trim of my vehicle (LT model) and the price never changed. These men went to bat for me and my family and I'd highly recommend them to others in the future. More
