Be careful I have bought cars from this dealership in the past, but I'm officially done dealing with this dealership after my current experience. After almost buying a car two weeks ago from this dealership, they still have my credit application information. Since then, I've still been in contact about other potential vehicles. Over the weekend, someone took it upon themselves to run my credit AGAIN without my permission. No one from the dealership even had the decency to let me know they ran my credit again. I found out from checking my Credit Karma and seeing an inquiry I knew nothing about. Trying to get this unauthorized inquiry from my credit report, which has brought my score down, has been a huge headache between dealing with TransUnion, GM Financial, and now the dealership. Before giving your personal information to this dealership for a credit application, just know that they'll probably keep running your credit without your permission because it's "their right," from what I was told. I have to go through all these hoops to get this removed for a vehicle I don't even want. Hopefully this matter can be resolved quickly and someone from the dealership can own up to their mistake of submitting financing for a vehicle that I never said I wanted. More
