Although, I miss my local mechanic, I feel so confident that my Cruze is being properly looked after at Suburban.... that, when I drive out after the service call.. i feel safe and confident my car is going to take very good care of me... as long as I take very good care of the car! I just love my Cruze and the fringe benefit of having it services at the dealership was a bonus, when deciding to lease for the first time ever. Happy customer, here! Unprofessional, Rip-Off, Rude Andre is a nice enough guy that seems to want to help you out. His boss is not. To be honest he pressured me in to buying a truck I shouldn't have bought. Andre got me out of it but in to a car much too expensive. I went back three months later and was told my car with 3,000 more miles on it but a car that looked as good (or cleaner) than the day I bought it was now worth $12,000 less. That's a lot of depreciation. I feel all they did was rip me off. Don't trust them. Oh, and with the truck when I asked the salesman about fixing the hole in the back bumper the day I was taking it home he said his boss said to tell my insurance company someone hit me. And, come to find out the car they told me was now worth $12,000 less had been in an accident. The salesman should've told me. Shady business practices! Update, 9/22/17: Emailed the Sales Manager as I was asked to do, on Tuesday, he never responded. Called today and left a message for him. Just got off the phone with him and he was rude and unprofessional. He said that "they only made $800 on the sale" and I bought the car in the spring and it's worth less now because it's the fall. He said as far as he was concerned everything I said about Andre's manager was hearsay and that I was an xxxxxxx. He actually called me an xxxxxxx and hung up on me. I will now contact their corporate office and see how they feel about the sales manager calling a customer an xxxxxxx. More

I leased a new Silverado and Drew Laczynski got it done I called around to get a Silverado and many avgame was played until I called Suburban and Drew picked up the phone, Quick, honest deal.
