Ruined my vehicle My vehicle was in the service dept. for almost 4 weeks. At the end, my vehicle was damaged further than what I took it in for. Due to this damage, I'm My vehicle was in the service dept. for almost 4 weeks. At the end, my vehicle was damaged further than what I took it in for. Due to this damage, I'm unable to get vehicle repaired elsewhere because they're afraid of what other problems there could be. Now I don't have a vehicle and I don't trust Suburban to touch my car. Management not willing to make up for their incompetence to my satisfaction. An employee was supposedly fired as a result of what happened, which I think, speaks volumes. I basically paid them to ruin my car. Beware of this dealership. You're just a number to them. More

I had such a hard time with the staff and management out there it was ridiculous. They would tell me one thing and do another. It was so bad I didn’t want to go out there for service or anything. The closest Chevy dealership to me was Suburban Chevrolet Ann Arbor where I went for all my service. When my lease matured I had the pleasure of meeting Maryann Bringhurst, she put me in a 2017 Chevy Malibu for cheaper than my 2015 Chevy Cruz. She was very cordial and knowledgeable and I just appreciate her so much. She met all of my expectations and my needs and put me in the perfect car for a great price. I thank you for this wonderful sales person and her professionalism. She really revitalize my faith in the Chevrolet product line. My expression Victory Chevrolet had me questioning whether I wanted to purchase another Chevrolet or not. I want as far shopping with the Chrysler Plymouth Dodge. An 11 month nightmare It all started with an email notifying me that I was pre-approved for a new car or truck that's when the nightmare strated - my paper work when I fina It all started with an email notifying me that I was pre-approved for a new car or truck that's when the nightmare strated - my paper work when I financed my 2014 through MCU was not in my name all the time I was making the payments early and on time and never got any credit score points and couldn't get refinanced and my credit was shopped around to banks & credit unions and was butchered to where I had to either give the truck back and lose out on all the money ($5000.00) + or finance it again with MCU at a higher price than I originally was buying it for and I still lost out on all the money I put into it and start over I was completely taking for a ride on this deal and all I got was a set of tires for ALLLLLL MY TROUBLES - NO CREDIT SCORE REPAIR OR POINTS RECOGNIZED LOST OUT ON $5000.00 + I PAID TOTALLY UPSET BUT THEY LEFT ME NO OTHER OPTION BUT TO DEAL WITH THEM ALL OVER AGAIN More
