Never again If there was a zero star rating, these guys would get it. This place is the reason I will never get another Cadillac or probably GM. First off, If there was a zero star rating, these guys would get it. This place is the reason I will never get another Cadillac or probably GM. First off, walk in and be ignored. Had an appointment. Had to announce to the room that I existed. Then I'm told the squeaky brakes on a lease are my problem. Not worn brakes, defective brakes. Second leased Cadillac, loud brakes on both of them since Day one. A $50k car that sounds like a 92 Ford Escort. While I was being told I am wrong, another customer spoke up and said she's dealing with similar xx from these people. Then I'm told I have to pay to fix the problem. I explained this is a defect and they are responsible. They said no. I told them this is horrible service and they gloated how they were the best reviewed. So I told them I'll review them too. Don't buy a Cadillac. Don't go to these people. More
