I have been a Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth customer for a decade. I have purchased two used vehicles and leased 3 others. I enjoyed the service and experience with no problems or incidents. That all change a decade. I have purchased two used vehicles and leased 3 others. I enjoyed the service and experience with no problems or incidents. That all changed earlier this year when I began receiving mail, texts, emails and calls about an early turn in for my 2021 XT6. In April I responded to call from my salesman about turning in my lease and getting set up in a 2024 XT6. I had no problem getting in contact with my salesman to negotiate and do the trade in. I turned in my 2021 XT6 four months early far under the mileage expected. Then I began receiving calls from GM financial asking for the final 4 months of payments for the 2021 XT6. My salesman assured me that those payments would be taken care of but here it is September and I have received 68 voice mail messages from GM financial asking for those 4 months of payments that I was assured would be taken care of. I have had absolutely zero contact with my salesman, he has ghosted me since he made his sale. I talked to a sales manager in July who told me he would look into the matter. The manager reached out and said he was still looking into my dispute two weeks ago, the calls from GM financial have persisted in a predatory way. I don’t know what changed and I don’t know why my loyalty is being taken for granted. My credit score is being affected and It seems as if no one is taking my issue seriously. More
