Horrible, horrible service department DO NOT and I mean DO NOT buy a car from this dealership. I purchased a 2018 Outback Touring. I paid for the vehicle and quickly discovered that the ai DO NOT and I mean DO NOT buy a car from this dealership. I purchased a 2018 Outback Touring. I paid for the vehicle and quickly discovered that the air conditioning was not working. The tech tried to tell me that it would blow cold when the car was moving - REALLY!! When they finally took it to the shop, they found that the air condenser was bad and needed to order a new one. The roof racks were also missing. I picked up the vehicle . the next day - the roof racks were still missing but the air worked. When I drove off, i noticed that the dash rattled like a Yugo. After a week, I couldn't stand it - the service department told me that I couldn't bring it in for 3 weeks! I was told that they had several engine re-builds that had to come first. Is that disgraceful service or what? Management didn't care so after buying 4 Subaru's from this dealership, this was absolutely my last. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. I must add that my salesperson was wonderful - too bad that she works at this horrible dealership. More
Horrible sale to service We purchased a 2013 outback from them On 7/13 between the next two days the car ultimately ran out of oil and took it back and the replaced the oil se We purchased a 2013 outback from them On 7/13 between the next two days the car ultimately ran out of oil and took it back and the replaced the oil sensor “car should be good” on 7/20 after it running low on oil again the replaced the PCV valve “car should be good” on 8/09 after oil issues after a few hundred miles they “need to put a new engine in” after going over what that entails we leave with the loaner now getting the car back 9/19 they only replace the block of the engine and give it a 1 year warranty refusing to stand behind the “NEW Subaru Engine warranty” after insulting us to say we wanted something out of this, and dealing with the highly arrogant and inhospitable service department manager. No we want what is promised and fair! This is our second Subaru with WVM Subaru and will most definitely be our last!! More

Still waiting for refund on extended warranty. Sales department is great. Finance not so much. I had an extended warranty refund due on my previous car, and was not even told how much the refund Sales department is great. Finance not so much. It is now 8 weeks later, still no refund, and still no interaction from finance department. Very upset. Will not go back. More

Strongly recommend!! I took in my 2006 Outback because of a check engine light and humming noise. The facilities and service were top notch. They had the diagnosis and e I took in my 2006 Outback because of a check engine light and humming noise. The facilities and service were top notch. They had the diagnosis and estimate within a few hours. The final cost of repairs ended up lower than the original estimate. Strongly recommend!! More
