Was very pleased with Salesman Joe he was very helpful and willing to work out a deal to get me into a new used car. I went into dealership to look at a car but found out that it was already sold so he wo and willing to work out a deal to get me into a new used car. Standout experience at Subaru Wyoming Valley We had a couple of poor experiences recently at other dealerships but it was completely different at Subaru Wyoming Valley. They have a ton of invent We had a couple of poor experiences recently at other dealerships but it was completely different at Subaru Wyoming Valley. They have a ton of inventory so we got what we wanted and paid a fair price. Joe and Fred were great - no pressure, no xx - just knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. BUYER BEWARE- SALES MANAGER DISHONEST! PLEASE READ!!! My son tried to purchase a 2016 Subaru WRX from this dealership and was dealing with the sales manager Dave Centak. I was with my son once and Dave ap My son tried to purchase a 2016 Subaru WRX from this dealership and was dealing with the sales manager Dave Centak. I was with my son once and Dave appeared at first to be very nice when I was there but things changed quickly. After my son test drove the car with me present we noticed ehn he down shift from 4Th to 3rd gear it would grind. We told Dave Centak the problem and he said he would get his service manager to check it out. Well the service manager felt the problem and also my son took a technician along and he said there was a problem. Dave told us to buy the car and come back in 30 days to get the problem fixed. My son called Subaru Of America and explained the issue and they said this is not right. They called Dave Centak and Dave lied to Subaru Of America and told them they could not duplicate the problem. Wow!! What a slap in the face! Subaru of America should shut down this dealership! I have worked personally in the car business for 17 Years and we have never treated our customers this way. If a vehicle is certified which it is, it should have no issues with it and whatever issues are there should be fixed before the vehicle is delivered! Very poor!!!! So whwn considering a purchase from this dealership please be very careful!!!! More
