The car is a 2015 Subaru Outback with less than 3200 original miles, which we couldn't pass up, and Joe is an outstanding, outgoing, friendly, efficient, highly knowledgeable, patient, customer-oriented member of the sales team. Joe did everything he could to match the trade-in value we expected on our previous car, get us the car we wanted in a timely manner, and at the price we wanted to pay.
