While working with Craig, we felt very welcomed and important. He was attentive to our needs and even offered a complimentary car wash! While in the car wash, one of my mud flaps fell-off and the guys in the service department were able to put it back on- very cool. No pressure at all. We were needing a new used car and our sales person was extremely helpful without being pushy or pressure us into a car we didn't want to buy. We ended up looking in the lot all afternoon and right around closing time found the car we ended up buying. They were so nice and friendly that they stayed late to finish all of the paperwork with us and that evening we were able to drive off the lot with our new used car. Suzuki of Wichita is the place to go to look at a vehicle. It doesn't matter if you shop around but it's important you make the trip to see them. When I went in there I wasn't planning to get the car he introduced to me, but he picked just the right car for me. It is also a wonderful environment for kids. There are lots of things to do and it keeps them busy. When you walk in there, it is not like any other dealership. Everyone is friendly and you want to come back. Suzuki of Wichita feels so safe and warm. If any needed a car I would send them staight to Suzuki of Wichita to buy a car from Jimmy Bolden! It was an awesome experience. More
The dealership has THE best customer service and great salesman like Craig Balzer. Never an issue with warranty work or regular service. They are always glad to see you and remember who you are. As a graduating senior from Kansas State University, I was an owner of a Ford Mustang for about 6 years. I have very good credit, and I wanted to get a brand new car that will last me through my years of being a fresh graduate. My mother is actually the one that brought Suzuki of Wichita to my attention. Tony Nave is her dealer, and I was welcome with open arms, and a fresh hot cheeseburger. The customer service is defiantly amazing, I know that I am young, but I was the center of his attention that afternoon, and his friendliness was out of the roof!! He took his time to sit down, and give me the best price, and because this was my first car credit, I feel that he and his team did the best that they could to fit my budget. I rated the quality of work the best of all, because when I left, I was satisfied with my new Suzuki Kizashi in ways that I will never be able to describe, and I have Tony Nave to think of my over all experience from Suzuki of Wichita! I live in Manhattan right now, and with my distance from Wichita, I still make time to come home, where my mother lives, and get it serviced there because of the feeling of welcome-ness!! On Monday afernoon I found myself in a difficult situation and without a car and no way to get to work or get my two small children around. On Tuesday morning I filled out an application online, an situation and without a car and no way to get to work or get my two small children around. On Tuesday morning I filled out an application online, and received a call from Carmen Aratea asking for some additional information so that she could help me out. I was very skeptical, since I did still have an auto loan on my credit. She asked me to fax in some information about my income. I did, but was still skeptical. Later I called the dealership to see if my information had indeed made it over by fax. Ken Houpt answered the phone and went to check for me. He told me it was there and started asking questions to try to find out about my situation. After speaking to him for a few minutes, I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me not just to sell a car, but to make sure i could keep going to work and providing for my girls. Ken told me he thought that they could help me. It was already late in the day, but Ken told me I should definitely find something out in the morning. The next morning I called before Ken even made it to his desk I think. He didn't hesitate to get started right away. Ken worked with Dave throughout the morning to see what kind of help they could give me. I was still afraid that nothing could be done but they would tell me to come out to Wichita anyway. Since I live two hours away and didn't have a way out there, this would have been next to impossible. Later, Dave called and asked me a few more questions and told me he would call back. I expected the worst, or that I would have to settle for an awful car with a horrendous interest rate and a payment I really couldn't afford without feeding my family only Ramen noodles for the next 5 years. Although to my anxious mind it seemed like an eternity, only a couple of hours later Dave called to tell me that everything had been approved and that the payment was going to be right at what I told them I could afford. He told me that Ken would be more than happy to make the two hour drive to come pick me up. I tried to find a ride so that Ken wouldn't have to make the trip, but Ken called me and insisted it was no trouble at all. He picked us up and began the long drive to the dealership, a drive that was made even longer because my girls are almost 4 & 2 and are quite rambunctious. He never once complained, and even laughed about some of their antics. He used the time to ask questions about us and assured me that if I didn't like the car there was no pressure to buy it. He would gladly make another four hour trip so that we got back home. We didn't get to the dealership until about 8 pm and I know that it had already been a long day for Ken, but he offered to keep the girls occupied so I could test drive the car in peace. I took him up on the offer and Chris went over in great detail the features of the vehicle and took me out to drive...a 2011 SX4 Sedan! Definitely not the awful car I had imagined. When I got back Ken had the girls coloring and occupied. He pulled the car in so the girls could see it and explore. We were fed dinner while the paperwork was being finished up and Ken went over some more information about the car and owner's manual. When Trish was ready to sit down with me to sign everything Ken stepped in again to keep the girls occupied so that Trish could go over everything with me and I could actually hear her. We got through the paperwork easily without the distraction of screaming girls. By this time it was about 10 at night, and still no one was rushing to get us out the door. The car seats had even been switched over into the new car for me. When we were leaving Ken made sure to ask if I would be okay to make it home, and I assured him I would. I left Suzuki of Wichita feeling like I didn't just get sold a car, but that I had been blessed. Ken and Carmen both called me today to follow up and make sure everyhthing was going well. I love my new car, and it was all madeS so easy. I was treated like a friend or part of the family, and not like a sale. I can't say thank you enough to the folks at Suzuki of Wichita, especially to Ken and the folks who took time away from their own families to stay and make sure my girls and I were taken care of. More
