Very efficient 30,000 mile routine service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great waiting area as well staffed with friendly folks and nice food and beverages. While the staff was friendly, the service was poor. We did not get timely feedback as to what all was wrong with the vehicle and what it would cost to fix. They had the car two to three weeks. Super nice/fixed our probs. Only issue was needed a loaner—1 not available til unknown time—supposed to call us when knew there’d be 1. Never got a call. The staff was friendly answering my questions to the best of their ability. Though sales staff are not ‘commissioned’ the process is still arduous. The service department was kind and helpful. They got the work done in a timely manner. I liked getting the inspection paper work through email! That is new and very cool! Even though I am no longer driving work done in a timely manner. I liked getting the inspection paper work through email! That is new and very cool! Even though I am no longer driving a Subaru, (I have one of Subarus’s trade in vehicles) I won’t go any where else for maintenance or future vehicles. These are great, honest people who truly care!
