I have been on the car hunt for months, with several dealers looking to find me what I wanted (the hunt was not going very well). My grandparents and a friend had just bought cars from John Goldsmith, so I thought I'd go in and see what he could do for me. From the time I got there, to the time I left (which was most of the day) all the employees were so friendly and caring! Making sure I was comfortable, and my needs were taken care of. However, the star of the show was definitely John! He made the car buying process, which is usually horrible, quite a pleasant venture! He was so friendly and down to earth, I felt like I was dealing with a good friend! He definitely went the extra mile to do what he could for me (and my grandparents too)! At no point during the process did I feel pressured about anything. After months of being discouraged with the whole process, I am now the proud new owner of a beautiful Acadia!! John was as awesome as they come! I would definitely recommend Subaru of Wichita, and of course John, to anyone car shopping! More

I was never pressured that day to drive one with all the bells and whistles. I did not plan on coming into Subaru for I had other places and other cars I was looking at. But the lack of customer service at all the other places, made me say "what the heck it can't get any worse." But to my surprise it difinitely got better. What is funny I had no intention on buying a new car that day but after looking and feeling at ease there I did buy one. They took the time to show me everything on the vehicle, and I needed alot of time cause I have not bought a vehicle for 20 years. So Thanks for the great service Fred and Matt and making us feel like a part of the Subaru family! PS( My husband enjoyed the pizza and beverages and chatting with Fred while I conducted the business.) I will spread the word on my experience. More

The customer service and friendliness was wonderful among all of the sales r Subaru of Wichita was the first dealership I went to look for a used car. The customer service and friendliness was wonderful among all of the sales reps. After not finding the car I wanted I went to Eddy's Toyota and was met with extremely unsatisfactory sales service. Two sales reps and a manager were very pushy and did not take any time to listen to my concerns, or needs and wants. I felt as though I was just another customer they were trying to push out the door with a car that I couldn't afford and was not working correctly. I then went back to Subaru two days later after speaking with John multiple times during the process. He went above and beyond to find the exact car that met my needs, wants, and price range. He spent a total of 11 hours with me at the dealership in two days, and spent many more hours researching vehicles for me as well. I never felt as though John or any sales reps at Subaru tried to push me into purchasing a car and were always upfront and honest with me. This also made the financing portion of buying a car very easy because I knew what to expect before they sat down with me. I would recommend this dealership and especially John Goldsmith to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More

One of the reasons I contacted this Dealership was their incredibly high rating and they absolutely lived up to it. The have the highest levels of integrity and customer service and their dealership should be a model for not only other Subaru Dealers, but all Dealers nationwide. Travis met us and quickly understood our needs and recommended a Subaru Crosstrek. he worked with us to figure out how we could by the cross track and showed us how they price their vehicles on his lot. it took a lot of the pressure out of buying a new car and made our choice is very easy. we love our new Subaru and love the buying experience we had at Subaru of Wichita and would recommend it to any of our friends. I ran him all over looking at their 4 dealerships in Wichita looking at SUV and chos My experience with the dealership and Zach Bryant was refreshing. I ran him all over looking at their 4 dealerships in Wichita looking at SUV and chose a vehicle to take home to show my family. The next day I let him know I was bringing it back due to wanting a newer model that wasn't available the night before. He didn't stop there, he found what I wanted and had it ready when I returned.
