They spents hrs with me in test drives, even pulled a car from another lot! The recall fixes took abou 31/2 hours. I was met by a man not wearing a mask. I had one on. He got his mask. I waited at the dealership during the repairs. I didn’t see staff members wearing masks. At one point a staff member not wearing a mask sat down next to me and addressed me by the wrong name. I told him he wasn’t wearing a mask. He said nothing and left. What’s going on? I’m 72 and wouldn’t have kept this appointment if I had known Covid precautions weren’t being followed. I hope the repairs were done accurately. How would I know? More
