Great Dealership, Absolutly no pressure. I purchase another vehicle from a different local dealership a few month ago and just felt wore out by the time we were done with everything. The salesman basically disappeared after the deal was made and left us to deal with the finance people. At Subaru of Wichita, we were always greeted and treated like we were important for reasons other than just buying a vehicle, Throughout the entire process of agreeing on price, dealing with finance, warrantees, etc with different individuals, Travis ,our salesman kept checking in us and was always around to answer questions. He was very thourogh in explaining all the vehicles features. I was so relaxed by the time we were done I felt guilty. It should be harder to buy a vehicle. More

I was able to get a deal that made me happy without much hassle. I told them what I wanted (within reason) for price and they made it happen without the sleazy antics you might encounter elsewhere. Being inexperienced with manual transmissions, I really appreciate John taking the extra time to give me some tips and going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable before I drove off the lot. These salesmen are true professionals and had my best interest in mind. I will recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Subaru and look forward to seeing Travis and John on my next service visit. Smooth processs! I have bought cars before and left exhausted by the end. I only had a short amount of time and was able to get everything done in about 3 hours. Everyone knows the thought of buying a new car is exciting, doesn't matter if it's your first, 15th, or last. For me it was my third. Soon after the excitement hit I quickly remembered how much fun it was dealing with car dealers. For those of you reading that have purchased cars you understand the sarcasm in that statement. Those of you who have yet to experience this I will break it down. It's very similar to drinking 3 gallons of maralax, eating 120 hot wings (level nuclear), and being forced to jump in a bouncy house for the next 3 days... Vivid I know... But my experience with Subaru was out of the norm, as I walked in the door was opened for me and I was created with a hello, I felt very welcome, but the first thing I noticed was the fact I didn't immediately get throat punched by ten dealers that wanted to know absolutely everything right then. But in fact after a little observation of the place I met Travis Nebergall. I let him know my situation and what I was looking for and he didn't miss a beat. In fact he had a bucket of keys ready to go like he knew I was coming in. So while Travis was helping me find my new ride he had Adrian (sorry if spelling is wrong brotha) (and the ocasional rocky quote) but he went to war getting me the absolute top dollar her could for my trade, And after he got top dollar he went ahead and got me some more. Your the man. Any way Travis showed me what I was looking for and more but knew what I wanted and that's what he got me in. The team at subaru did everything and the banks were slow at getting info back so Travis next leveled the entire process hopped in a car and met me at my house the next morning so I didn't have to drive back out there. 10/5 stars for the team 10/5 for the dealership and 15/5 for Travis. I will from now on just have them ship in whatever vehicle I want just to deal with them. More

No need to lurk around on Sunday, Subaru of Wichita is a No Shark full service car store. In fact, you may have to seek out someone to help you. How refreshing! My husband and I took our Outback in for an oil change, and came out with an order for our new dream Outback. We were fortunate to talk with John G., who is extremely knowledgeable about the products he sells. John anticipated each and every question and concern we had, and answered them even before we asked. What, is he clairvoyant!? He explained Subaru's Guaranteed Trade-in Value, which made sense to us. In our 60's, we knew what features we wanted/needed in a car for us and our 4 Golden Retrievers, but it was Subaru's new high tech safety features that snapped our socks! Our car insurance premium actually decreased because of those innovative safety ufeatures. John quickly located the model (and color) we were interested in, and within 4 days we were driving it off the lot. 4 miles on the odometer. Without asking, he managed and delivered sweet discounts on a hitch and sunshade. Again, he went above and beyond. That is much appreciated professional salesmanship. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that John is a nearby neighbor, but more importantly a new friend. Thank you John! More
