They have been more than accomodating with any request that I've had, including tint, aftermarket accessories, installations, service, etc...In this day and age when customer service seems to falter everywhere I shop, and there's a palpable insincerity with most customer service representatives, Suzuki of Wichita is a breath of fresh air! Oh, by the way, they are 100% zero pressure as far as salespeople go. I, also by the way, am one of those people who cannot stand high pressure sales tactics! I have a Special Needs baby and I was needing a bigger vehicle. So I called Carrie Hopper and explained my situation and what I was looking for and asked her to find my a minivan that would suit our needs vehicle.
