My story is like many of the people around who were and still affected by the economy taking a dive. well i was one of the Lucky ones and got my job back,but unfortunately while i was off work for a long t still affected by the economy taking a dive. well i was one of the Lucky ones and got my job back,but unfortunately while i was off work for a long time My credit suffered greatly i ended up losing a lot financially and otherwise....back to work and Few months later it is time for a newer vehicle with better Gas mileage.. well with not-so-good credit i did not have a lot of choices. I went to a Local PHORD Dealer whos name rhymes with MUSTY.. to see about their "We Finance everybody policy" of course they sing you a song about what they can do and how they are going to do it..blah blah blah... well they came out with a vehicle that 6 years old,had been in some kind accident was not worth the money they were asking and was not close even to the same vehicle i orignally inquired about.. BE WARE OF SHARKS so i walked ***Enter Suzuki dealer i had recieved an advertisment in the mail and decided to check them out after speaking with Kelly Tatro on the phone she was very friendly and she told me that she could help me and just to come on down and see what they could do no pressure. I come down and check out the Dealership and the first person i meet is Anthony Kilissanly or Ak as he is called he greeted me and treated me with respect from the beginning i told him what i needed and he worked very hard day and night to try to accomodate me and my schedule in every way. he even gave me his personal phone number. Anthony went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of his duties to make sure i got what i needed and was happy with my Purchase !! it like the Title says RIDE HOME HAPPY.COM its real and the people are real too Im enjoying my 2010 SUZUKI SX4 Thank you guys so much!!!! I was treated great. My old truck was broke down, in the shop, so I walked to Suzuki and I drove away in a 2005 Dodge Dakota the same day. Also, when you get Randolph as a salesman, you also get to work with his wife, Ruth. She is a complete peach if you ever met one. The two of them together made my daughter and I feel right at home. I purchased my Suzuki a year ago last March. The whole experience was refreshing from previous car purchases I have made. The entire staff at the dealership was very helpful and the atmosphere relaxed since no one is paid commission. My experience with the dealership for the past year has been very pleasant and any issues I have had have been dealt with efficiently and quickly. Suzuki has contacted me on issues they want fixed to ensure the car's safety and reliability which has only been twice. I don't feel like a number. More
