I had purchased my first of eight subarus in 2002 and have all my cars maintained at this dealership. As soon as I entered the office Christine greeted my wife and I with a smile. After I explained that I was dropping off my car early as I had to get into Boston, Christine explained that she thought she cou and I with a smile. I brought my car in because I lost interior lights and the radio. After the part came in I returned to the dealership last week. The new part was installed but there was still a problem. After much investigating by the repair crew, they found I had twisted wires caused by a previous accident which burned out the original meter assembly unit. I was not charged for the extra hours spent on my car. Christine Gallella was friendly and knowledgable as always and even offered me one of their vehicles to run an errand. Larry was courteous and helpful and took time with me explaining and answering my questions in a professional and friendly manner. More
