Al was great, from the time we stopped in without an appointment to the end of the deal, where he ran us through all the features of the car, and even helped setup the Bluetooth. And Erica was extremely helpful as Al was tending to another customer. Unlike some dealerships, you will always be welcomed at Subaru of Wakefield. I hate Buying cars, or better said, I used to hate buying cars. Larry Marcus made this experience positive and fun. I was never pressured.
