True professional who knows his stuff and will assure excellent customer service, even if you are a little picky like me. I did my homework so I knew the price I wanted to pay and the make and model (including extra features). Even though the 2015 outbacks were in short supply when I was shopping last July, thanks to Al I had my vehicle at my price within a matter of a few days. That speaks volumes about Al and his dedication to customers. Al couldn't have made my experience any better and for that I am very grateful as buying a new car is something I put off because I didn't want the hassle. He made this purchase as seamless as possible for me. Al was the reason I purchased the vehicle I did from Wakefield Subaru. In a word, he made me feel like family. I can't say that about anyone else that I dealt with at the other dealerships that I shopped around at. I am very happy with my Subaru and the dealership because of Al Mazin! Thank you!!! More

I submitted online price quote requests for a customized Subaru Crosstrek Premium to several Subaru Dealers in the New England area and ended up deciding to work with Subaru of Wakefield. During the initial online back-and-forth, I dealt with both Rhett and Erica, who were extremely quick to respond and comprehensive with their answers to all of my questions. When I went in to negotiate in person, I was paired with Jason Matte, who did a very good job of representing Subaru and looking out for the dealer's interests while walking the negotiation tightrope very delicately and without offending me. I knew the price that I was willing to pay (based on TrueCar.com estimates), stuck to it, and ultimately got what I think was a phenomenal deal. I did send follow-up emails to ensure that everything we had discussed was understood on both sides of the table, and we did catch a few oversights, but Jason worked to resolve the couple of minor issues that cropped up. I'd work with him again and have no hesitation recommending this dealership. Bear in mind, car dealers have a certain reputation for a reason - I think as far as dealerships go, you'll be hard pressed to find one where you'll have a better experience than Subaru of Wakefield. He helped me get everything I was looking for and made the process ten times easier than I thought it would ever be. He was very patient, courteous, and professional. Not only did he spend a lot of time with me while I went back and forth about buying the car but he was very personable, down to earth, & easy for me to communicate with about my needs and wants for this car and for it to work for me & he made it happen. They were very efficient and accomodating when it came to getting the car the same day & having it ready to go when I needed it. (also love that starbucks machine haha) Im so excited about my new car and Nelson and everyone else at this place made the experience a pleasurable one. I would definitely go back to them in the future & recommend them to my close friends & family. More

I followed his suggestion I am so glad that I did because I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Christian Francois, my saleswoman was fantastic. She was very thoughtful, supportive and caring person. She patiently guided me through the whole process. I was met with her beautiful smile as I walked through the glass door into the showroom. I was so lucky. Christian knew exactly which car would fit my needs. She is also a great teacher. All the staff were great. They paid attention to my needs. I wanted a Spay and Neuter Plate. The Service Department helped me turn in my rental car. I was not sure how to go about it. I highly recommend this Dealership. More

Good Experience I had a good experience at this dealership. This was my first car I was purchasing and was worried of being overwhelmed or taken advantage of. In one I had a good experience at this dealership. This was my first car I was purchasing and was worried of being overwhelmed or taken advantage of. In one day, I visited 5 dealerships and looked at 7 cars, Subaru of Wakefield being my second stop. Perry was friendly and energetic, but not in an aggressive or exhausting manner. He answered all of my questions and explained the specs I didn't understand, but otherwise he pretty much just let the car and the test drive speak for itself. I left that day without purchasing a car, but mainly because it was only my second stop of the day and I wanted to see everything on the market. A few days later I made my decision and Perry helped me find the exact model and trim I wanted. Always enthusiastic, but never pushy. I didn't like working with the finance department as much as the sales, and not because of the obvious-handing over a bunch of money, but I didn't like the guy I had to work with. He had a negative, yet aloof attitude. He was pushier than nearly any of the sales people I had worked with on my car search regarding extras and options to purchase. I was consulting with my brother about extended warranty purchase(s), a Subaru owner and he accompanied me on my initial search/test drives, and the finance guy kept telling me over and over how my brother probably doesn't know how great these warranties actually are, what they cover, etc. He didn't acknowledge that I was providing my brother with the same info I was provided with. So if my brother didn't know or understand something, then neither did I. Also, sorry finance guy, but I respect my brother's opinion more than yours, especially since you were just trying to sell me something additional by bombarding me with 'right choices'. In the end I walked out of there with making one additional/extra purchase and nearly regretted immediately. I out the extra purchase on my credit card to be billed over a ten month period and will likely be canceling it before the first billing period. Overall, I had a good experience and I love my new car. More
