I had looked up Subaru of Wakefield online and saw they had excellent reviews, so I scheduled a test drive on a used car. The first employee I spoke to was Freddy Nieves, one of the sales consultants. Freddy answered all my questions honestly, and he was very easy to connect with. The car I was interested in was in great shape and listed at a price under the KBB value for it. I ended up purchasing the car at a very fair price – one that was far less than I thought I would pay for that type of car. Throughout the process, I never felt pressured to buy, and the people I spoke with were very responsive to my wants and needs. Kenny Bettano, a sales manager, made me feel comfortable right from the moment he assisted in the process. I had uneasy thoughts of what it might be like going into a dealership as a young person, but my experience was far better than I could have imagined. A great deal of this was due to Kenny, who understood my position as a first time buyer. I ended up purchasing the car along with an extended warranty. I was originally not planning on buying a warranty, but it was an incredible value for a used sports car. I financed about half of the purchase through the dealership at a great APR. The two finance managers I spoke with, Ken and Matt, answered my laundry list of questions, and gave me plenty of space before I decided to go with the warranty and financing. When the car was ready for pickup, Kenny made sure everything was perfect. He thought that the two back tires were too worn out, so he replaced them (after the deal was already made!) I can’t imagine another dealership that would do this. Overall, I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism and service that Subaru of Wakefield gave me. I’m happy to say that they've earned a customer for life! More

He gave me a lot of info about the safety of Subarus which was helpful. I appreciated mostly that he was not at all pushy and was patient as I was indecisive. He did want to get me the car that was right for me, which we did. I did check with another dealer about price and this dealership matched there price. It was a significant difference. The sales team was accommodating with my having a cosigner. I would buy a car from them again and happy with my purchase. More
All they do is lie and play games. Negotiated for a particular car over the phone and two hours before I was scheduled to come in they asked if I wanted to leave a deposit. Arrived and they wasted 30 minutes of my time pretending to look for the car and asking me to fill out ANOTHER credit application. All of this was theater and I finally had to drag it out of them that they sold the car much earlier. If they had simply told me it was sold upon arrival I have no problem. Why the games? Please don't waste my time and I suggest that if you value honesty RUN, don't walk away from this dealer. More

I have purchased several new Subaru cars from this dealership and th I recently purchased a new Subaru outback at Subaru of ?Wakefield with Al Mazin. I have purchased several new Subaru cars from this dealership and this salesman. Since I ordered my new outback from the factory, the delivery date was a few weeks out but Al kept in touch with me during the whole process. He made sure we had everything possible done in advance so that when my car arrived at the dealership I was able to pick it up and drive it home the very next day. He sat in the car with me and went over all the options and even connected my phone to bluetooth. Al has always been helpful at the time of the sale and beyond. He remembers me by name when I come in for service and always stops to chat and offers me refreshments when I stay to wait for my car. I recommend this dealership and my salesman Al Mazin to everyone. More

Christian was, very professional, very informative and, an absolute pleasure to work with. Christian's friendly and upbeat attitude made the process of buying a new car less stressful minus, the high pressure sales approach that some dealers use. Christian promised from the start, that the sale process would not be a long drawn out waiting game and, She kept that promise. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a Subaru from, "Subaru of Wakefield" to request Christian Francois as your salesperson. It was truly a pleasure doing business with her. More
