Bait and Switch I worked with Nelson on 2016 Legacy. He seems like a nice guy. They quoted me $24,140 for premium + eyesight package. They were $140 above my best quo I worked with Nelson on 2016 Legacy. He seems like a nice guy. They quoted me $24,140 for premium + eyesight package. They were $140 above my best quote but I decided to go with them because they had the vehicle in inventory. However at the very end, they started playing games. Nelson's boss Kenny gave me paperwork with the price of $24,999. I told him that was not the priced we agreed on. He refused to do the deal at the price quoted by them. I asked for Nelson who admitted to the original price. They were willing to "meet me half way" at $24,500. I did not feel like doing business with the man who can't honor his word (or subordinate's/business' word). I did thorough homework and had conversations about accessories, destination fees, tax/title/registration/documentation, etc. There was no misunderstanding. This happened 2 hours ago so my memory is quite fresh. If you're (still) planning to work with them, don't believe you have a deal until you **carefully** read the final paperwork. Don't be surprised if they make you wait while they are "on the phone with Japan (half-kidding)." Good luck! Priyank More

I thought the forester which handles as well as the outback is the better choice for me. Also micheal was very talented in the office helping also with my lease. He quieted my concerns about the end of my lease when they inspect my car. I hope I said enough because if the deal fell thru it wouldn't be because of Christian or micheal. More
