Smooth and easy buying experience If you're in the market for a new Subaru, I'd recommend going to Subaru of Wakefield and asking for Frank Belluschi. I wanted a 3.6R Outback but not If you're in the market for a new Subaru, I'd recommend going to Subaru of Wakefield and asking for Frank Belluschi. I wanted a 3.6R Outback but not a single dealer in eastern MA had one on the lot. There were a couple in transit with the color, options and leather I wanted but two other dealers wanted almost MSRP for them. Plus, I couldn't even drive one. At Subaru of Wakefield, Frank took me for a drive in the sedan version so I could try out the 3.6 engine with the CVT. He said he could get the car I wanted in a few days and gave me the discount I wanted based on my research with only one quick back and forth to his boss. Frank found the car at a dealer in Vermont, had it driven down to Wakefield, added the accessories, and got it registered and inspected for delivery as promised. He also spent a lot of time after the purchase explaining the many features of the car. I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. More

The salesman, Al Mazin, was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable about all the products we were interested in reviewing, and attentive to every detail. There was absolutely no pressure, and he answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Two days after picking up the vehicle, i had a minor problem with the car, and Mr. Mazin attended to it promptly. I drove into the lot, and barely got out of the car before he came out to greet me. The problem was fixed in a matter of minutes. The experience of buying a car doesn't get much better than this. More

If I did not like the car I was getting as much as I did, I would have taken my business elsewhere. I will not be recommending them to anyone that I know, ever. More

I bought a new Forester of my own this past September and my mother bought a new Forester of her own the next month! Jason not only gave both of us excellent deals on just the right cars to suit our needs, he was also a tremendous help to both of us when we needed an abatement for the excise tax on them. The solution came quickly for both of us! We can't thank him enough! And of course, we are both very happy with our cars. With my long commute to work my Subaru has done a fine job of getting me through the winter so far, and I expect it will for many more! More
