This was my first experience with an ORGANIZATION and it was just that ORGANIZED. The entire Subaru dealer in Wakefield sold me the car- not just the salesman the service department the management staff and the very efficient finance department. Even when I was waiting outside the mens room someone walking by escorted me to a 2nd men's room. They followed up in 24 hrs asking me about satisfaction etc. I received an email about a week later. Very happy with the Subaru Legacy I bought. I have owned Buicks, Nissans, Acura's and Mercedes but I have the most satisfaction AND PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP WITH MY SUBARU. More

As a new car buyer I was overwhelmed by a huge market of choices. After meeting with multiple salespeople at different dealers and playing their pushy games I met Al at Subaru of Wakefield. Al Mazin went above and beyond my expectations in every way. He was patient, knowledgable, and honest. I was very picky with my model/option needs. No problem here. Al initiated a trade with another dealer which was fantastic. Al was able to timely get the exact car (color/trim) I wanted out of only 2 available in all of Subaru of NE!! He truly made what was a stressful situation a complete breeze!! We drove 80 miles to deal exclusively with Al! Thank you again! Love my 2016 CWP WRX!! More
First time car buyer I was buying my first new car. When I went to the dealership the first time I was only planning on looking. However, Nelson was so friendly and willin I was buying my first new car. When I went to the dealership the first time I was only planning on looking. That was not a problem Nelson looked up the color I wanted and was able to get it to the lot in less than a month. Thank you for all your help! More

I arrived half an hour before closing time on a busy Saturday, and Max was friendly and eager to answer all my questions and show me the specific cars that I had come to look at. Throughout the whole car buying process, Max took the time to explain all the options and kept the whole process centered around my needs. Everyone at Subaru of Wakefield took the time to explain the whole financing process to me and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole closing process. It was my first time financing a car, and this really put my mind at ease to work with people that wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with the terms. After purchasing the car, Max was in constant contact to make sure that everything was ready for the agreed upon delivery day. Today, (April 26th, I went to seek her help. I unfortunately was involved in an accident with the 5 month old car. Again, she eased my apprehension. What and how to do whatever is needed. Ken the manager, also brought me into his office, and again spent 'all the time in the world' with me. Thank you both!! I know of no other Dealership that would go out of their way as they did. I am 22 and was nervous going into this experience as all i hear is horror stories about car sales people and how pushy they are. But to my surprise, it was a fantastic and helpful time! The sales people were very kind and readily available to answer any and all questions. They made sure I was educated on my choice, 2016 Subaru Impreza 2.0i, and ready to drive away! I dealt with Kenny and John while buying my car and they were very pleasant and friendly. They look for loyalty and not a quick buck which took my by surprise but it was refreshing. I recommend your next purchase should be with Subaru of Wakefield! More
