He recognized my trepidation and treated me in a way that established my trust, and he proved worthy of it all the way. I felt that this dealer didn't just want to make a sale...they wanted to create a positive customer relationship now and into the future. They showed me all about the car I wanted, took me for a test drive, and then it was time to determine how I could purchase the car. Some other Subaru dealers I talked with, made me feel I was unreasonable with the financing I wanted. At Subaru of Wakefield we talked for a while and settled on a price I could accept. Walked us through various options, took us on a test drive, and was incredibly knowledgeable. I visited dealerships for other brands and hands down this was the best experience. I called around to find a good deal and in the end talked to John and got a great price on my ideal car. Could not have asked for a better experience. The entire dealership is friendly and accessible. I was impressed the entire way through. If you are looking for a subaru, this place should be at the top of your list.
