The sales person said “Company policy is we don’t let you keep written quotes.” Then the sales person said: “We don’t want you running to another dealership trying to beat my price by $50. or $100.” Wasn’t that a nice thing to hear? Uh, yeah, I didn’t say I was trying to do anything like that, and thanks for your kind words and assumptions. I would like to review your proposal in the comfort and quiet of my home.
