I had a great experience at Subaru of Wakefield on NYE. Al Mazin was my salesperson who greeted me at the door even though I didn't have an appointment. We talked about the Forester I was looking for and he printed me off a list of all available vehicles they had and prices. He was so nice and said he would pull up any I wanted to see. We ended up looking at 3 of them but having the whole list in front of me helped me see my options and make my decision quickly. After I chose my car the process has been nothing but a breeze. He even found my EZ Pass in the car I was trading in and saved it in his desk for when I pick up my registration! 5/5 stars! More

My experience at Quirk was by far the worst car buying experience I've ever had due to sleazy, aggressive and rude sales tactics. SOW was quite the opposite. I was greeted immediately by David who was pleasant and upfront with me from the start. Before we even talked prices he explained the advertising prices and what to expect.
