I had an excellent car shopping and buying experience with this dealership. This was my first time buying a vehicle, and I was also nervous because I went to the dealership on my own. I had done my research and the salesperson was incredibly helpful, not pushy, and did not try to oversell me. The were pleasant in the negotiation of my trade-in as well. In making final arrangements, they were easy to connect with by phone and communicated well. As a single female, I was worried about being taken advantage of at the dealership, but the team was respectful, professional, and gave a me a positive first-time solo car shopping and buying experience. Our experience was perfect as long as were were being helped by Justin. A very long wait to finish the sale is unacceptable. The personnel doing the closing do a fine job, but when a lack of administrative staff relegates the process to one customer at a time , the queue gets very long. (Hours). Certainly you are not able to keep up with the number is sales the sales force is making at this time. Very frustrating for customers not wanting to make an auto purchase a full day experience. More

He was very helpful in finding the right fit for my current situation, and I ended up leasing another vehicle, upgrading from an Impreza to a Crosstrek. He was professional, personable, and knowledgable. His enthusiasm even even spurred me on to get a color I normally wouldn't have selected. I love it!
