Things appear to be getting resolved, but POORLY! I think you missed the intent of the review. Having to make the sales agent shuttle me, as opposed to having a loaner for the day, AND needing to take one if not two days off from work, IS NOT the best solution. This is a problem created by the dealership and should have been resolved a year ago! All I can say is if it were not for my agent volunteering, the next step appears the attorney general office for resolution. Have a great day!
