We had a great experience working with Rob and the rest of the Wakefield Subaru staff! After not having the car we initially wanted, Rob worked with us to get the desired model/trim and color that we were of the Wakefield Subaru staff! After not having the car we initially wanted, Rob worked with us to get the desired model/trim and color that we were initially seeking at a great price (without being too pushy about anything else), even thought it wasn't physically at the dealership yet. Rob was in touch with us almost daily regarding the whereabouts of the car, right until it reached the dealership. The rest of the paperwork process went smoothly, which we were very relieved by as first-time buyers, having to drive up from Boston. Overall, a good dealership experience, and would recommend! More

This place is awful. They don't honor there warranties and they recommend you to fix a bunch of things that don't need maintenence when you use there mechanics. I highly suggest not doing business with these people. The owner has blocked me on there Facebook page because I gave them a bad review on that platform. Never seen a business basically tell you to go pound sand, than resolve an issue. Shame on all the people that endorse this company. More
Love the Subaru, which I purchased, BUT the dealership made mistakes on the registration and title. I have been trying for over a year ( I know Covid slowed things) but they have not taken steps to recti made mistakes on the registration and title. I have been trying for over a year ( I know Covid slowed things) but they have not taken steps to rectify the situation. I was just notified that next week, I need to drop the car off at the dealership for them to get the registry to issue new plates and documents. HOWEVER, as a one car family, I need a loaner, and they refused!! Of the thousands they donate to charity, they can not give me a loaner for a day. Until Al Mazin, my sales agent has offered to shuttle me back and forth. Now that is service. I recommend seeing Al.for your purchase, but the dealership lacks basic understanding of service. A lot of talk, but little resolution, to their mistake!! More

I had an excellent car shopping and buying experience with this dealership. This was my first time buying a vehicle, and I was also nervous because I went to the dealership on my own. I had done my research and the salesperson was incredibly helpful, not pushy, and did not try to oversell me. The were pleasant in the negotiation of my trade-in as well. In making final arrangements, they were easy to connect with by phone and communicated well. As a single female, I was worried about being taken advantage of at the dealership, but the team was respectful, professional, and gave a me a positive first-time solo car shopping and buying experience. A very long wait to finish the sale is unacceptable. The personnel doing the closing do a fine job, but when a lack of administrative staff relegates the process to one customer at a time , the queue gets very long. (Hours). Certainly you are not able to keep up with the number is sales the sales force is making at this time. Very frustrating for customers not wanting to make an auto purchase a full day experience. More
