When I wanted to take a day or two to think it over, the sales manager Joseph came out and shook my hand. He said to call any time, my business was important to him - and they let me be and think about it. I came back and bought the car a few days later at a reasonable price. David Bentley was excellent from the minute I met him in the parking lot. I was in this dealership about 2 weeks before I met David and spoke to a sales person and asked if I could test drive a Crosstrek a the parking lot. I was in this dealership about 2 weeks before I met David and spoke to a sales person and asked if I could test drive a Crosstrek and said he had none. I met David and asked him the same question and said I could test drive a used one which was basically the same car and I did and ended up buying a new one . It was a pleasure working with David.
