I have the Subaru VIP pricing and spent 2 weeks visiting and speaking with dealers who would accept the program. I pretty much had given up because of the dealer games until I stumbled into Subaru of Wakefi and speaking with dealers who would accept the program. I pretty much had given up because of the dealer games until I stumbled into Subaru of Wakefield. After walking up to the reception area John had walked by and asked me if I needed help. I had mentioned to him that I had VIP pricing and I was ready to buy a car today. He said no problem and immediately listened to my needs. We were all set to sign and then and then he informed me of the since I lived in NH that I had to come back with the registration paperwork. I was about to walk away from the deal because I didn’t have time to register the car and then go back to pick it up. That is when he went to a manger and they came up with idea that they could meet me at my town hall and deliver the car to me. I was blown away that they offered to do this for me. John and the entire staff just gained a customer for life. More

Subaru of Wakefield is a much better dealership that I will recommend to my contacts interested in Subaru's rather than Planet Subaru who I will no longer do business with due it part to their lack of transparency and professionalism. Further Planet Subaru tried to charge me thousands of dollars more for same car than Subaru of Wakefield. More
