HORRIBLE dealership, POOR management! !! Teresa Evangelista the sales manager is very inconsiderate and does Not grasp her role in customer service. My last purchase was a 2011 Legacy !! Teresa Evangelista the sales manager is very inconsiderate and does Not grasp her role in customer service. My last purchase was a 2011 Legacy GT. Knowing this was a rare car, I was excited to find one even though Subaru of Wakefield used the Price Gouging sales approach when selling me the vehicle. I made my purchase and was treated very badly. After i made my purchase and drove home, I had to go to service the following days because Subaru of Wakefield did NOT properly prepare my car for retail. My brakes needed work and tires needed balancing. It was not until my 1st recommended oil chance (3 months later) that I realized Teresa and her staff sold me a lemon. After realizing what they had done the general manager Alcir spoke with the owner Sal Barbagallo at which point they offered me 15% discount on a $19,000-dollar (more than I paid for the car) service quote. Theresa was so inconsiderate to my situation that she actually offered me $1000 to trade me out of the car that I had just paid $15000 for. I DO NOT recommend this dealership as they take advantage of consumers and they DO NOT assist when they are wrong. To sum up my last purchase at Subaru of Wakefield: extremely horrible, Tearsa Evangelista (sales manager) did not have enough consideration to put gas in my car, allowing me to drive away with the gas light on, they DO NOT service their pre-owned vehicles properly prior to selling them for OVER Retail (Taking advantage of consumers). More

David was my sales representative. He was very thorough finding a car to fit my needs. He went through every available option to help understand them. Once purchased I had an 1100.0 He was very thorough finding a car to fit my needs. He went through every available option to help understand them. Once purchased I had an 1100.00 charge I questioned, resulting in charge taken off as well as a free tire and rim protection. Totally pleased . Kudos to the entire staff T wakefield Subaru.
