I've been leasing Subarus with Subaru of Wakefield for several years now and I just finished a lease deal on my 3rd new Subaru of Wakefield vehicle. My first was a 2006 Tribeca, the second was a 2009 Lega several years now and I just finished a lease deal on my 3rd new Subaru of Wakefield vehicle. My first was a 2006 Tribeca, the second was a 2009 Legacy, and the latest is a great looking new black 2012 Legacy. All the staff at the dealership are great. On this latest lease I worked with General Manager Sal, Renee, Jon, Chris, and Al. Renee, Sal, and Jon worked out a deal I was extremely happy with and Chris helped me with all the financing and insurance, and even helped me work through an unexpected snafu during the registration process (silly parking tickets). The day I turned my 2009 Legacy lease and picked up the 2012, Al was there to help me swap out all my gear to my new car. Service is a big deal to me and I have to hand it to these guys, they have always been committed to making sure I'm happy with my vehicle and that they are available after the sale to assist in any way they can. They've earned my loyalty that's for sure. Subaru makes a great vehicle and the staff at Subaru of Wakefield are truly a pleasure to work with. These guys are professionals. Thanx again guys and except for my regular maintenance appointments I'll see you in 36 months. BTW....I Love this new Legacy. Can't wait to see the 2015 line. Larry Jedrey More
i had been looking for a specific car for more than 6 months and finally found it at this dealership which is 2 an a half hours from my house. i was introduced to my salesman larry who was very down to months and finally found it at this dealership which is 2 an a half hours from my house. i was introduced to my salesman larry who was very down to earth. usually test drives are boring and quite but he made it very relaxing and we got a few laughs in. begin a salesman myself these are two of the top things you need to have. i went there honestly not expecting to be able to get the car but chris did everything in his power to get me a loan and even went as far as to be available on his day off while i was trying to get everything switched over with the dmv since it was an out of state deal. everyone i met at wakefield had a smile on their face and asked how i was doing even though they were not involved. i would highly recommend anyone to buy a car here as the environment was very relaxed and there were no pressures. even though there are 4 or 5 dealerships closer, i will gladly spend the gas money and 2 an a half hours drive because my business will always go to wakefield and their outstanding team. I just purchased my third Subaru from Wakefield Subaru and I would not go anywhere else. The service team is excellent and has always taken very good care of my cars. My new car is the 2012 Impreza 5-door. My salesman, Joe Barbagallo was very helpful and told me about the new features being offered. Through the whole purchase process, Chris Robertson took the time to explain all of the paperwork and what my options were. When I picked up the car Jon Coill and Chris spent a lot of time explaining all of the new features and helping me to set up Blue Tooth phone service and Guide Point security. They answered all of my question and never made me feel like I was taking too much of their time. You could not ask for a better group of people to work with. More

We needed a new car asap. We have 3 and 4 year old children and justin was very professional, even while the kids were going crazy. For the second time in 16 months, we purchased a second For the second time in 16 months, we purchased a second vehicle from Subaru of Wakefield. As in the past, we requested internet quotes from five ( For the second time in 16 months, we purchased a second vehicle from Subaru of Wakefield. As in the past, we requested internet quotes from five (5) reputable dealers. The dealers were supplied with specific options of the vehicles we were considering. As was the case last time and again this time, only Subaru of Wakefield provided a cost with the options exactly as we requested. All other dealers provided quotes with additional options that we never requested! Based upon the honest internet pricing, we once again visited the Subaru dealership and worked again with both Jon Coill and Perry Mallias to review and choose the best car for our current needs. Both Perry/Jon were easy to work with under a non pressured environment. We were treated quite well and not only shown the exact car that was quoted via the internet, but we actually took the car for a leisurely test drive where all functions/options of the car were thoroughly reviewed and tested. In fact, we took three cars for test drives on two different days! In reviewing our thoughts on the cars, Jon/Perry asked if we wanted a third test drive to help us make the right choice. Consequently, the third test drive was unnecessary as we decided to purchase a Subaru Forester. The purchase discussions were quite easy as the numbers discussed matched the initial internet quote. Since buying our first Subaru little over a year ago, we have experienced a pleasant surprise at the gas pump. Not only does the car get better mileage than our older vehicles, but we also save much time at the gas pump. With other car manufacturers, you'll see long lines of cars waiting for gas when the gas cap is on the left side, but with Subaru, most of the time we don't have to wait and drive right up and fill our tank immediately because the gas cap is on the right side. WOW, what an added convenience! More
