When I needed to replace my much-loved beaten up '96 Volvo, I had my heart set on another Volvo. After nearly being sold a complete lemon by 128 Volvo, I came to Wakefield Subaru and got a good deal on a '09 Impreza with only 7,500 miles. The detailing department even went to the trouble to completely get rid of the lingering cigarette smoke scent left behind by the previous owner (I've had the car for a couple of weeks now, and you'd never know it had been chain-smoked in). Al Mazin was great to work with, and didn't pressure me or my mother (she actually bought her Subaru from Al a few years ago). I would highly recommend buying from Wakefield Subaru and working with Al! More

I had a great experience and ended up with a great car. My only complaint is that I don't think Subaru does a good job of tracking cars that need to be ordered, which mine did. I ordered the 2.5GT. My story starts in September 2011, when I was first in the market for a new Subaru Legacy. I walked on the lot and was immediately greeted by Perry, who I quickly learned was extremely knowledgeable and v the market for a new Subaru Legacy. I walked on the lot and was immediately greeted by Perry, who I quickly learned was extremely knowledgeable and very personable - I genuinely felt he had my best interest in mind, and didn't care about just selling me the most expensive car on the lot. After test driving the Legacy, I fell in love. Unfortunately, although the team at Subaru of Wakefield worked persistently to get me approved for the car I loved, it wasn't in the cards. After a few months of extra saving, I decided to return to Subaru of Wakefield, specifically to Perry, to purchase a 2012 Subaru Impreza. I was very happy to be able to give such a great salesman and dealership my business. I will absolutely recommend Subaru of Wakefield to ALL of my friends/family! GREAT job guys- especially Perry!!! This vehicle was a factory order and came in much faster than I anticipated with everything exactly as requested. We have our first vehicle serviced at the dealership and have had quick and easy service. Only routine maintenance so far. Ask for Perry, certainly a good buying experience and we're certainly happy with our Subarus. More
