Once I decided exactly which car I wanted, Al worked with his manager; they located "my" and got it to their dealership the next day. Al was leaving on vacation and he worked diligently to make sure that I was able to take delivery before he left. He has been completely honest and helpful in all my dealings with him. While deciding if we should upgrade to a 2012 Outback after owning three other Outback models previously, John Cheshire was patient, pleasant and caring. On the day of delivery, John took more time than expected to explain all the features of the new car which really impressed my wife and I. In the days since we have had the new car, John has called or emailed to ensure we were enjoying the new vehicle and to answer any subsequent qustions about the fuctionality. Since we have owned four cars purchased at Subaru of Wakefield, I always feel like a valued customer. The Service Team, especially Tom and Christine make sure my vehicle is in top shape and I make it a point to stop in and say hello to the Sales staff while waiting. He even stopped and grabbed me a water cause he new I seemed a little nervous with such a large purchase. It was clear to me that Joesph knew Subaru's very well. He never hesitated answering my questions. To me, that is a sign of a good sales rep and a great dealer! There attention to their customers shows with all the rewards and good customer ratings.
