Everyone I dealt with was generally friendly and helpful. They are experienced, have been there a long time and know the product well. I don't know why one specific car can not have one specific actual selling price, clearly displayed. Everything else we buy has a price tag, so why don't cars? If two people buy the same car, they should pay the same price for it. The answer to "How much is the car?" should be one simple number. Everyone who asks about the same car shoudl get the same answer. Straight forward, honest, up front pricing is something the entire car industry needs to make the car buying process pleasant, game free and less time consuming. Once the deal is done, then they are your best friend, so why not make the pricing honest and be your best friend from the start ? Otherwise, I think this dealership is truely interested in customer satisfaction and earning your repeat business. More
My son did all the background checking and decided a Subaru Outback would be a perfect car for me. Everyone I have talked loves their Subaru. We originally went to Subaru of Wakefield because a friend worked there. As soon as we arrived Perry greeted us and we found out that our friend was no longer there. Perry listened to our needs, showed us what we wanted and took us for a test drive. We found "the right car" but I was in no hurry and went on vacation for a while. I appreciated no pressure from Perry and when I came back Perry was right there for us, located just the car I wanted and had it ready before expected. I am very happy with my new car and everyone at Subaru of Wakefield. I may have to visit Perry again to really understand the Bluetooth better! More

i WAS LOOKING FOR A GOOD USED CAR MY FRIEND AND I DID RESEARCH ON QUITE A FEW CARS OUR LAST STOP WAS SUBARU OF WAKEFIELD. WE WERE GREETED OUTSIDE BEFORE WE EVEN WENT INTO THE SHOW ROOM LARRY INTRODUC RESEARCH ON QUITE A FEW CARS OUR LAST STOP WAS SUBARU OF WAKEFIELD. Buying our Subaru Outback at Subaru of Wakefield was a painless process. Everyone we interacted with at the dealership were friendly and courteous. They were also child friendly which was great since our painless process. Everyone we interacted with at the dealership were friendly and courteous. They were also child friendly which was great since our 8 year old daughter was with us and she was content throughout everything. Our first trip to the dealership was a few months prior to the day we actually bought the car. During our "window shopping" trip we met Al Mazin who spent time with us explaining the difference between the different subaru cars as we were interested in the Forester ( which we owned an old), the Outback and Tibeca. We were not ready to commit at that time and there was no pressure by Al, despite his spending time with us. When we decided we were ready to buy, we made sure to return to Al Mazin. Al was very thorough explaining everything both prior to buying our car and after during his walk through of the car features when we picked it up. The process of buying a car from test driving both the Outback and Forester to financing our auto loan was stress free which is extremely important for my health reasons (which i did not reveal), so i was very thankful and slightly surprised as it's not your typical auto buying experience. This is My second subaru and my husband says he would like to replace his current car (ford) with a Subaru in a few years when we are able to. We are big fans of Subaru and Subaru of Wakefield. More

The buying process at Wakefield Subaru was for the most part painless, and John was the main reason behind it. He patiently answered all of our questions, kept up very good communications with us both via my phone and e-mail, and followed up with us after we purchased our vehicle. On the day that we picked up our new Forester, John patiently went though all of the manuals and paperwork that came with the vehicle, gave us a quick tour of the service center, handled our trade-in in an efficient manner, and provided us with a very thorough and detailed tour of our new vehicle (which was perfect for my wife since she would most likely never have read the owners manual!). I can honestly say that we never felt rushed throughout the process. More
