Al Mazin has great work-ethic and pride in what he does. He came in to deliver my car on his day off! Very friendly people at the dealership. They did a a good job preparing my car for pickup the day after I purchased but there were a few minor things they missed as far as unwrapping the car. It's possible that being a brand new model, they were not very familiar with it yet. This was not a huge bother, I was able to easily remove any remaining plastic and install some plugs under the chassis in very little time. More
This was my first time leasing a car. Joe was great and answered all of my questions. He worked with me to find a price range I was comfortable with. I've had my Subaru for several months now and its lived up to all of my expectations. I'm getting 31.2 mpg which saves me money at the gas pump. I recommend Subaru of Wakefield especially for first time buyers or leasees! More
Found this dealer after I had a deposit for a BRZ at my local dealer for 3 months with no information on price or expected delivery even though others were taking delivery through out the US. I would recommend Subaru or Wakefield. Everyone I worked with was extremely nice, helpful, and flexible! Joe was very accommodating to my schedule and was generous enough to lend me his personal GPS to hel with was extremely nice, helpful, and flexible! The only complaint was that I did end-up with a car that had options that I didn't necessarily want and the option for looking further for the exact car I want, was not pursued as thoroughly as I may have liked. My father addressed this, as well, with Jon Coill and Jon was very receptive to the negative feedback. The only other negative was that when I came in to do my final paperwork, more products or protection plans were being "pitched" to me. I didn't like products or services being "pitched" on me when that was not the intention or expectation of the meeting. Overall, I have had a positive experience with Subaru of Wakefied! I worked with Justin Grant to obtain my new Subaru Impreza- and I cannot say enough good things about him and the entire staff at Subaru of Wakefield. I had first gone to Cityside Subaru in Belmont, a Impreza- and I cannot say enough good things about him and the entire staff at Subaru of Wakefield. I had first gone to Cityside Subaru in Belmont, and had the worst car experience to date. I walked into the Cityside dealership, was not greeted or even acknowledged until I approached one of the managers. I met with some joke of a sales person, who looked to be about 18 years old. He had no idea what he was doing, was unfriendly and seemed as if I was wasting his time. I was ready to buy that day, and asked to speak to his manager. His manager “didn’t have time” to speak with me. That’s when I walked out, and went to the next dealership- Subaru of Wakefield. As soon as I walked in the door I knew this was going to be the place I purchased my new car. I was greeted warmly and friendly buy a few of the sales guys, and not in a typical cheesy sales approach. I worked with Justin and he took the time to get to know me, get to know what I was looking for in a car, talk about some of the options that would best fit my needs and was generally a nice guy who was sincere and genuine. He was extremely patient with me during the entire process. When my car arrived and I went to pick it up, he sat with me and helped program the entire car (including the voice activation for phone calls, etc). He showed me every bell and whistle, and covered every feature in the entire car to make sure I understand what everything was for and what all the features did. He even gave me some of his CD’s to listen in my new car!! I would recommend the Wakefield dealership to everyone. They are truly a family run business and I enjoyed working with Justin and the rest of the finance and sales team. Thank you for making this car buying experience so great!!! More
