Our salesperson was Justin Grant. He was very friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable, and NOT pushy! Subaru of Wakefield worked a little harder to find the model I wanted than did another Subaru dealer I'd visited that same day, and that was a deal-maker. It was a pleasant surprise, after I'd decided to buy, to be introduced to members of the service department, whose friendliness and desire to please, like that of the sales staff, seemed genuine. On a later visit, to correct a problem with the car, I received prompt and excellent treatment and service; again, the friendliness of everyone stood out. We set out to survey the different dealers and promotions on offer. After visiting 2 certified dealerships and getting the highest price possible quoted as the "best deal" no one can beat...and somehow not so convinced... I happen to come across Subaru at Wakefield while internet searching. This time, I decided to call and save precious time driving over. I was answered almost immediately and transferred to Rhett who was more than happy to answer my many questions and to quote me over the phone. The offer I received was 2K+ cheaper than the other two dealerships! Rhett is the first reason I drove to Wakefield half an hour south of home. His sincerity and straight forward communication convinced me it was worth the trip. And so it was! I drove down to Wakefield and was greeted by the brightest and kindest smile I have come across since arriving in the US. The smile was "attached"to Joe :) Joe was a fantastic help not only on assisting me in choosing a car that was right for us but also in sharing information related to insurance, car registration etc... all topics I'm not well versed in. Joe was very diligent in explaining all the small print and making sure I understood each and every clause of the offer. I found someone I could trust and felt at home in this family style-cozy dealership. Buying our Subaru Forster at the Wakefield dealership was a true pleasure. Mainly thanks to Joe who went out of his way to help and make us feel confident with our purchase. We were also able to receive the car within 3 days with plates and insurance. Which was a great help to us as we were sharing one car... On a scale of 1-10 - They're a - 12 :) I wholeheartedly recommend Subaru at Wakefield!!! More
