He's a friendly guy with a lot of helpful anecdotes about Subaru owners he knows (including himself) that make you comfortable buying a new or used car from them. He took us for a test drive, asked us if we had any questions, and told us a boat load about Subaru in general, and the vehicle that we were driving.
