This is my third Subaru I have purchased from Subaru of Wakefield. Although there are two closer Subaru dealerships in proximity to where I live, I choose to drive the extra distance to Wakefield due to th Wakefield. We have not bought a new car for years, and as senior citizens, were reluctant to do so. We finally realized we had to get a new car, and a friend recommended a Subaru, as the friend had had only good e citizens, were reluctant to do so. We were helped by Perry Mallias, who made the entire experience -- which could have been very daunting at our age -- a complete pleasure. He was helpful, courteous, friendly, and kind, and even more than that, he was compassionate regarding our age and feelings. He gave us 110% assistance and went well beyond the call of duty while we were looking at and test-driving the vehicle, during the purchasing transaction, and -- most importantly -- AFTER we had purchased the vehicle and had taken it home. He responded to our many post-sales questions, patiently explained features of the car with which we were unfamiliar, and always made us feel welcome and comfortable when we needed to contact him. If all sales personnel were like Perry Mallias, purchasing a car would never be anything less than a pleasant, rewarding experience. Oh, and the car itself is beautiful! More

I have been a customer at this Dealership for years now. I recently had a really bad accident and my car was totaled. After mourning my Suburu which I had hoped to get to 200,000 miles, and I had named.. I recently had a really bad accident and my car was totaled. After mourning my Suburu which I had hoped to get to 200,000 miles, and I had named.....I had to get another vehicle. For years, whenever I went for service and was in the waiting area next to the showroom, I saw Al Mazin and he came over to talk on occasion. After bad past experiences it meant a lot to me that the Sales people here are here for years. They don't disappear after you buy your car. The Service people are the same....same intake people for years... they are so good and caring. I think of them like friends. I have been eyeing the Legacy now for a long time. Al was so very nice and helped me through everything and showed so much patience while I did my usual procrastination....and eased me through the trauma. I was confident I got the best deal I could and confident he knew what he was talking about. My Suburu kept me from getting hurt worse and their safety rating, which is second to none, keeps me coming back. I love love love my new Legacy. It has features I didn't even expect. It is a class act and I just love it. Al is such a nice man and I know he'll be there if I have to come back. I already know the Service team will!!
