I went in for routine service on my 2009 Forester (which was in excellent condition)and started looking at Outbacks 2112 while waiting. We (my husband and I) asked a myriad of questions which were answere was in excellent condition)and started looking at Outbacks 2112 while waiting. The end result was I went in for service and came out with a new Outback. There was absolutely no pressure or cohersion and they made the numbers fit my budget. Wakefield Suburu was a pleasure to work with when I purchased my my new Forester. They have more of a hometown dealership feel rather than the big box dealership attitude I experienced elsewhere.
