I owned my last car for 13 years, so when it was time for me to finally purchase a new one, my expectations were quite high to say the least. I had done a fair bit of research on the Subaru models I was int me to finally purchase a new one, my expectations were quite high to say the least. I had done a fair bit of research on the Subaru models I was interested in and initially chose this dealership simply because of its location. I am now thrilled that I did. I visited the dealership once to get information and take a better look at the cars I was considering. I was given great service, lots of information to consider and most importantly, I was not pressured to make a purchase on that first trip. I was sent a follow up email shortly after my visit letting me know that the team was available for me anytime for questions or to help me with anything I needed. When I made my return trip to test drive the vehicles I was most interested in, I was greeted with prompt service and an incredibly patient team member; Perry. I call him a team member because I never felt pressure to BUY anything...so salesman is not the right word. I am details girl and asked LOTS of questions and drove a HANDFUL of cars. My questions and concerns were all addressed right away and best of all in a way I felt most comfortable- with humor and a sense of fun! Buying a new car should be exciting, I was excited and the entire team shared my enthusiasm. John Coill did a great job coordinating my appointment, setting me up with someone I could relate to easily and matched my personality. This great experience made me completely confident in my decision to purchase my new 2014 Forester. When it was time to get through all of the details of finalizing the purchase, the team made it seamless. It was easy, and I drove off of the lots a few short hours later with my new car. I recommend this team without hesitation. I am also in sales and know the value of gaining the trust of your clients. They have certainly gained mine and hope that you will give them a chance to gain yours if you're considering a Subaru. More
I first made contact at Subaru with Jon as I had dealt with him in previous visits. He was very helpful explaining what deals that were available. I told him I would be in and he was very up front saying that he was no longer a sales rep but would be there for me and he would put me in good hands. I was very glad he had told me that because I was not blindsided when I got there in having to deal with someone else. When I met Jon, he introduced me to Joe. The three of us talked a few minutes and then Joe and I went for a test drive. Joe was very, very patience, curious, knowledgeable and most of all...NOT PUSHY!! When we got back to the showroom Joe went to bat for me and got a very nice price for my trade in. It was actually higher than I expected. I then met Rick who was very helpful as I don't have the best credit. We did hit some issues and I was walking away and Jon asked me if I would be interested in a older car. When I said I was open to it I took it for a test drive. When Joe and I got back and I agreed to it all 4 of us, Joe, Jon, Rick and myself worked out a deal. Rick went above and beyond helping work out numbers. They were all very patient with me and made me feel comfortable, kept with MY numbers and not once did they try and push me into something I did not want. I am very happy with my new/used Forester. I would highly recommend Joe to other people I know. This dealership is wonderful. I have moved out of the Wakefield area and could have gone to another dealer but because of my positive experience with Jon in the past, I went back to him. THANK YOU!! More

We went in on a Saturday planning to test drive a Forester and Outback and continue on to other brands for comparison. We had done our homework and knew the lower level price point for each of the vehicles in the small SUV class. Although we did not plan on buying that day, their initial offer was well within our target price and the final price (with minimal negotiation) beat it substantially. The service we received from Larry was great and he was a pleasure to work with. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have had even though our 6 month old was along for the ride. More

I purchased my Subaru 3years ago from Justin, who worked feverishly to get me the deal I wanted. I also have all my service done at the dealership, and each and every time I am there, Justin will find me a feverishly to get me the deal I wanted. I had been thinking of buying a new vehicle for while. I have had a Subaru Legacy wagon for 12 years and purchased from Subaru of Wakefield all those years ago. Larry Marcus was very helpful, and made my husband and I feel at ease. The process was easy, pleasant and actually quite enjoyable. From the two test drives, to all the questions we asked. Everything was done with ease. Larry made the process and purchase simple and relaxed, I purchased my new Forester that weekend and have had it for a month. I love this car. Larry helped us select the best model to fit our needs and budget. The paperwork process was quick and seamless. When we picked up our car, John patiently walked us through the manual and the car to make sure that we understood how to operate every aspect. John was patient and answered all of our questions. We've only had our car for a couple of days now, but we feel as though we've gotten a good value. Larry has already followed up with us to make sure that we're satisfied with our vehicle and we feel confident that he will make himself available to any questions/concerns that may come up in the future. We came into the showroom at Subaru of Wakefield and was pleasantly greeted by Al Mazin. We weren't sure what exactly which type of car we were looking for. Al talked with us to see what vehicle would mee pleasantly greeted by Al Mazin. We weren't sure what exactly which type of car we were looking for. Al talked with us to see what vehicle would meet our needs. Al suggested the 4 cylinder Outback which would be roomy and yet get excellent gas mileage. It also had the XM radio and backup camera which we asked for. We were concerned that the 4 cylinder wouldn't be powerful enough, so Al said "Let's give it a test drive and then if it's not powerful enough, we'll try the 6 cylinder vehicle". To our surprise it had plenty of power. He also showed us how well the AWD tires worked in the snow. We were very impressed with the time and patience Al took with us to answer all our questions about the car. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, Al spent over an hour to explain all the functions of our new car. Al Mazin was an excellent salesperson, no pressure, lots of patience, and anticipated what we needed. We also appreciated the sales manager's willingness to negotiate to our satisfaction, and the business manager's pleasant attitude without trying to sell us unwanted extras. I would recommend Al Mazin and Subaru of Wakefield to our friends. More
