When it became clear that I had brought in a junker they suggested I look at some things they had in stock. Perry accompanied me on the road test and explained, in a very non-obtrusive, but very complete manner, all the pertinent features of the vehicles I was interested in. At delivery time, Perry did an truly exceptional job of taking the time to thoroughly explain virtually every last feature of the many features in the car I purchased. He was also very patient as I was stumbling through some of the menu features and had to re-do them more times than I care to admit. I never felt rushed, and he answered every question I had. I also feel its necessary to make mention of their F&I person, Chris. Chris was my salesman a few years ago, and was very good at it. As the F&I person he made a process that can be very painful at many dealerships, into a total breeze. An honest mention of the products available to me such as extended warranty, remote starter, etc. But - no pressure, no tough up-sell, and no mystery numbers on the final contract. All things considered, probably the best experience I've had purchasing a new car. I'd rate it as an 11 on a 1-10 scale. Without reservation I would recommend Jon and Perry for sales, and Chris for F&I. The dealership, and Subaru, is well represented by these gentlemen. More
