The service was friendly and personable. I appreciate the fact that they didn't down talk about other cars, but focused on how their cars, suburu, stands out amongst the rest. The dealership was very responsive from the start. I sent an email request request a new Forester and Jon Coil called me within 15 minutes. He was very professional and courteous in helping to answer my questions. He guided me to the right car for my daughter and quoted a very competitive price. There was no pressure. no hassle. This continued in subsequent calls and emails. Once I had decided on a car, John introduced me to Rick, the finance manager, who arranged incrediblely competitive financing again in a totally professional, no pressure manner. The paperwork was all done over the phone or by email. Rick and John then arranged for Larry to bring the paperwork to a downtown Boston where I signed it in 10 minutes. The only time I went to the dealership was to collect the car. Larry was incredibly patient and efficient as he walked my daughter and I through every aspect of the car.
