We were referred by a friend who had recently purchased a Subaru from Al Mazin at Subaru of Wakefield. This is the second car I have purchased from Subaru of Wakefield. Perry Mallias has been my salesperson both times. Perry listens to what my needs are in what I am looking for in a vehicle - as well as Wakefield. Perry Mallias has been my salesperson both times. He is always willing to explore different options (base models with options added to save monthly or going up a notch in finish level if you have higher expectations) and does not hesitate to work with you to get the best deal. Perry also goes out of his way to make sure end up with the vehicle you expected when you walked in the door, not one that was oversold. He is upfront about costs and savings and what is worth spending money on. He answers any questions you may have about the vechicle in a patient manner. I don't feel pressured when I work with Perry and will be going back to see him when I need another car. The financing person is also great to work with. He was not pushy about add ons and was upfront about costs. I had a short time frame and he and Perry were both very, very accomodating. Subaru's are great cars and pretty much can sell themselves - but it is the loyalty you are told about when you purchase your first car and the loyalty you receive when you go back that makes it worth going to Subaru of Wakefield. They are thrilled to have repeat customers and they really go out of their way to win you over. Overall my experience has been excellent and that isn't something most people can say about a car purchase! More

So when the time came for me to buy a new Subaru, there was no question that I would buy from Wakefield, and I was not surprised to find the same level of excellence among the Sales staff. I had the pleasure of working with Justin and could not have been happier. He was incredibly helpful, personable (with a sense of humor!) and straight forward and up front when negotiating a price. This was by far the easiest, most relaxed and hassle-free car buying experience I have ever had. I tend to take a long time when deciding on any major purchase, and Justin was consistently patient and helpful throughout the process. (Not once did I feel pressured into buying a car.) When I finally decided on a vehicle, Justin worked diligently to find the exact model I was looking for and made sure I was completely familiar with it before leaving the lot. And Chris (the Business Manager) was personable, helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly. After driving my Mom's Forester which she bought at Subaru of Wakefield I thought I would take a drive by. I was not in the Dealership for more than an hour and I pretty much had a deal ready. I worked with the Sales Rep to get the right price for my trade-in which inturn would match my spending limit on the new car. Everyone that I worked with was extremely kind, very knowledgable and answered any and all questions that I had. My Sales Rep Joe as well as the Business Manager/Finance/Accounting Rep that I worked with were both great men. Very honest, easy to talk with, provided the answers I needed and are one of the many reasons why I would send family and friends to Subaru for a new vehicle! More
