My wife and I had done our research and narrowed down our choices for a new car. We actually live closer to other Subaru dealers and had already had a test drive there, but were put off by the overall experi choices for a new car. I guess Subarus are so easy to sell now that some dealers don't feel a need to be very "customer friendly". However, it helped us decide exactly which model we wanted. Then I searched cars.com and found that Subaru of Wakefield had two in their lot. First, I got Rhett Sanders on the phone, and he was very helpful and patient with all my questions. It was clear I could get what I wanted for a reasonable price. Fortunately, we were able to come in and buy our new car late on a Friday and pick it up the following Monday. On both visits, we were served by Nelson Molina, who couldn't have been more courteous and pleasant to work with. Admittedly, it wasn't a hard sell since we already knew exactly what we wanted, but he made the whole process of filling out credit applications, and learning all the features we didn't have in our old car, as painless as it could possibly be, and actually a little fun. Overall, it was my best car buying experience to date. This is my first Subaru (though I've wanted an Outback for a long time) and I will happily recommend my friends and family to visit Subaru of Wakefield whenever they're thinking of buying a car. More

I was focused on purchasing a new Subaru and after reaching out to multiple Subaru dealerships in the area, found that Subaru of Wakefield had the best selection and pricing. Despite knowing going in reaching out to multiple Subaru dealerships in the area, found that Subaru of Wakefield had the best selection and pricing. Despite knowing going in that I would most likely be purchasing a new Subaru with them, both Jon Coill (the internet sales manager) and Perry Mallias were incredibly helpful. I inquired about some additional items with their parts department, which when they found that the items were not in stock offered them at a discount and they were still delivered to the dealership in under a week. Perry even came to pick me up on Thursday to bring me to the dealership to pick up my new car. I would absolutely recommend Subaru of Wakefield to friends and family. More

The dealership did not feel like it was part of a giant conglomerate but imparted a much more family-like atmosphere. We definitely feel that a very fair deal was struck to purchase the new vehicle and both my wife and I have confidence that all our subsequent dealings with Subaru of Wakefield will be of a similar nature.
