I was issued a loaner car due to my vehicle being at another Lithia owned dealership. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received from the Subaru employees. I had the vehicle for two m another Lithia owned dealership. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received from the Subaru employees. I had the vehicle for two months due to my vehicle being repaired. When my vehicle was finished I dropped off the loaner to Subaru, picked mine up from the other dealership and headed home. Arrived home to realize the problem hadn't been corrected. Dropped the car off to the other dealership and Subaru had that same loaner ready to go for us. Two weeks later, brought it back and picked mine up. Everybody at Subaru in New Hartford is fantastic...and the Forester is pretty great also! More
