Sold a car with defective tires I was in a major car accident two months ago where a car with no brakes hit me and totaled my car. I had to replace my vehicle and went to Carbone. I' I was in a major car accident two months ago where a car with no brakes hit me and totaled my car. I had to replace my vehicle and went to Carbone. I'm not that knowledgeable about cars so I took them at their word that the car was in good condition. 2 months later I started having trouble with the tire pressure and took it back to Carbone to see what was wrong. Before inspecting my car the technician told me that if there was a hole on the outer edge of the tire that it couldn't be plugged and the entire tire should be replaced. After inspecting my tire the technician said there were multiple nails in the tire. There was also a plug placed in the outer wall. They claimed it is illegal to do this, but also sold it to me in that condition. Then the technician said all four of my tires were tread bare and all needed to be replaced. I figured since I had just bought the car they would cover the costs but they told me the cost would be $680. I was upset that they were considering charging me because I had just purchased the car and their technicians supposedly inspected it before handing it off to me. So either they didn't inspect the condition of the tires or they didn't care. I have 2 sons a 4 month old and a 2 year old so vehicle safety is very important to me, not to mention still getting over the trauma of my recent accident. I can't believe that a dealership would sell me a car that was unsafe and then charge me to fix the problem. At the very least they could have recognized the mistake and taken responsibility for it and tried to make it right. I left the dealership feeling like they cared more about getting more money out of me for the tires rather than my family's safety or the cars that are on the road. More

Unexpected work in a reasonable time So it was my first time taking my first car that i just purchased 3 weeks ago for service it wasn’t a normal oil change or anything my TPMS light was So it was my first time taking my first car that i just purchased 3 weeks ago for service it wasn’t a normal oil change or anything my TPMS light was on and wanted to get it checked out I pulled up they noticed a small nail in my front passenger tire and was able to fix it! As i was waiting they let me know that they noticed rust on my back breaks and said they would take care of them after waiting a pretty reasonable time i was on my way with No Charge! I’m so glad i decided to buy from Subaru there the best and can’t wait to come back. p.s the coffee is amazing! More
