Don't expect courtesy after you buy a vehicle I purchased my new vehicle about a year ago from this dealership. I had requested the car with a short throw shifter and trunk guard. When I was told I purchased my new vehicle about a year ago from this dealership. I had requested the car with a short throw shifter and trunk guard. When I was told that the car was ready to pick up I went to the dealership. I ended up being at the dealership for 3+ hours, being bounced around to various people who could work on my purchase in between other appointments. Once I saw my car and got to test drive it, I found out that it was driven 200+ miles from another dealer. That wasn't a huge deal, but also wasn't exciting news. I also had to find out from driving it that the shifter was never replaced as requested (it was also negotiated into the price). The trunk guard was not present either. I agreed to take the car home that day and have the price discounted the difference of the regular vs. short shifter and didn't receive any compensation for the guard. When going through the financing paperwork, I thought that buying the extended warranty would be a smart choice. I was told that it was refundable at any point before the factory warranty was over. I wasn't sure if I would be keeping the car for 2 years or 10 but it seemed like a good choice to make if I could have the money returned if I decided to trade in. One year later, and I have moved to Burlington, VT and decided that I want to trade in my car. I don't get the enjoyment out of only driving a manual WRX around the city, so I have been trying to trade in. The problem now is that the dealership will not return my calls about the warranty refund. I have left multiple messages, and stopped at the dealer twice but still haven't heard any response about this. After going through the paperwork and even going to the DMV for a notarized odometer reading as requested, I have been stuck waiting 4 months to get this money back and trade in my car. Every time I have called the dealer, I have been transferred to a voicemail. Last time I took a trip home and made sure to stop at the dealer, I was promised a phone call on Monday when they could "find out more" that never happened. Needless to say, I would not recommend this dealership. Their customer service is beyond disappointing after they have your money. More

I was referred t purchased a 2018 Subaru WRX STI from Carbone Subaru on 1/8/18 and had nothing short of an excellent experience from start to finish. I was referred to Kevin Hoagland to discuss purchasing an STI and he hooked me up with Paul McGrath in Sales. Paul was great - he wasn’t pushy or demanding. He let me test drive the car while they did the work on their end and I came back to an awesome deal! He was very professional and any question he didn’t have the answer to, he researched and made sure I got an answer. I then worked with Mark in Financing, and was presented with an initial deal I was not happy with. Mark did everything in his power, including making additional calls to ensure I was getting a deal I was comfortable with. I drove off the lot with my new car the same day and nothing but smiles. I followed up with a successful appointment for installing snow tires and was again followed up with a few calls from Paul to make sure everything was okay. 10/10 for Carbone Subaru and everyone I worked with that day. They have my business from here on out! More
Atrocious--couldn't get worse!! This dealership is so horrendous, they should be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. Besides being complete xxxxxxxx. They create fraudulent contracts. Waited over an Hour to get our car after service was done On 10/31/17 brought car in for oil change and inspection for 10 am appt. About 11:15 I noticed the car setting outside and after waiting 45 minutes I went to the service desk to find out what was going on and was told they would be right with me which took another 15 minutes and by this time I was upset to say the least. The next day I tried to contact Carbone to find out the answer to my question that I had asked at the time of service. Emails resulted in no results so I chatted online and was told three different times someone or the Service Manager would get back to me. Today is 11/10/17 and no one has contacted me even though they have my email and phone info. More
