Exceptional Came into the dealership and was expecting to see Allison. While waiting for Allison, "Doc" walked by and smiled and said a few words. Long story short, Allison was busy and I asked if I could talk to "Doc" who seemed cheery and friendly. Got together with Doc and because of his knowledge of the vehicles, AND HIS PATIENCE, after many hours of vacillation, I drove home in my brand new Subaru Legacy and haven't stopped loving it since! Rating the dealership Because I called the dealership to replace my rear wiper after my wife damaged the rear glass ,The dealership told me to come in and then when I got t Because I called the dealership to replace my rear wiper after my wife damaged the rear glass ,The dealership told me to come in and then when I got there they told me that they hadn't ordered the parts . Then after waiting for about 4hrs l easy sent home ! 4 days later the car was repaired. I am disturbed that it took that long for a simple repair job. More
